Dear Mr. President:

During my shift in the Emergency Room last night, I had the pleasure of evaluating a patient whose smile revealed an expensive shiny gold tooth, whose body was adorned with a wide assortment of elaborate and costly tattoos, who wore a very expensive brand of tennis shoes and who chatted on a new cellular telephone equipped with a popular R&B ring tone. While glancing over her patient chart, I happened to notice that her payer status was listed as "Medicaid"! During my examination of her, the patient informed me that she smokes more than one costly pack of cigarettes every day and somehow still has money to buy pretzels and beer.

And, you and our Congress expect me to pay for this woman's health care? I contend that our nation's "health care crisis" is not the result of a shortage of quality hospitals, doctors or nurses. Rather, it is the result of a "crisis of culture", a culture in which it is perfectly acceptable to spend money on luxuries and vices while refusing to take care of one's self or, heaven forbid, purchase health insurance. It is a culture based on the irresponsible credo that "I can do whatever I want to because someone else will always take care of me". Once you fix this "culture crisis" that rewards irresponsibility and dependency, you'll be amazed at how quickly our nation's health care difficulties will disappear.

1. Mr. Obama is a very intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn't show his emotions. It's very hard to know what's behind the mask. The taking down of the Clinton dynasty was an amazing accomplishment. The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect place at the perfect time.

2. Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton . He has a way of making you think he's on your side, agreeing with your position, while doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he DOES!

3.Obama has a ruthless quest for power. He did not come to Washington to make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including dismantling capitalism. He can't be straightforward on his ambitions, as the public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain orCanada .

4. His three main goalsare to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by the Federal government.He doesn't care about the auto or financial services industries, but got them as an early bonus. The cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program, because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada .God forbid!

5.He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types.No one around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously can't work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he's a far-left secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution. He ran as a moderate, but will govern from the hard left. Again, watch what he DOES, not what he says.
6. Obama doesn't really see himself as President of the United States , but more as a ruler over the world. He sees himself above it all, trying to orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their agendas. He sees moral equivalency in all cultures. His apology tour in Germany and England was a prime example of how he sees America , as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a great noble nation that has at times made errors. This is the first President everwho has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!

7. He is now handing out goodies. He hopes that the bill (and pain) will not come due until after he is reelected in 2012. He would like to blame all problems on Bush from the past, and hopefully his successor in the future. He has a huge ego, and Dr. Krauthammer believes he is a narcissist.

8.. Republicans are in the wilderness for a while, but will emerge strong. Republicans are pining for another Reagan , but there will never be another like him. Krauthammer believes Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty & Bobby Jindahl (except for his terrible speech in February) are the future of the party. Newt Gingrich is brilliant, but has baggage. Sarah Palin is sincere and intelligent, but needs to really be seriously boning up on facts and info if she is to be a serious candidate in the future. We need to return to the party of lower taxes, smaller government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and state's rights.
9. The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageousWe are spending trillions that we don't have. This could lead to hyperinflation, depression or worse. No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity.The Mediais giving Obama, Reid and Pelosia Passbecause they love their agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the huge bailouts didn't work, nor will the stimulus package. These were trillion-dollar payoffs to Obama's allies, unions and the Congress to placate the left, so he can get support for #4 above.

10 The election was over in mid-September when Lehman brothers failed, fear and panic swept in, we had an unpopular President, and the war was grinding on indefinitely without a clear outcomeThe people are in pain, and the mantra of change caused people to act emotionally. Any Dem would have won this election; it was surprising it was as close as it was.
11. In 2012, if the unemployment rate is over 10%, Republicans will be swept back into power. If it's under 8%, the Dems continue to roll. If it's between 8-10%, it will be a dogfight. It will all be about the economy. I hope this gets you really thinking about what's happening in Washington and Congress.There is a left-wing revolution going on, according to Krauthammer, and he encourages us to keep the faith and join the loyal resistance. The work will be hard, but we're right on most issues and can reclaim our country, before it's far too late.

Well! It seems the liberal Washington Post just had an epiphany It doesn’t matter if the recipients of this are R’s or D’s, the fact remains that this reporter got closer to the truth than anything I’ve seem come out of the Post up to now. I am not thrilled with the gaggle of wannabes being held up for evaluation (ridicule?) by the R’s, but to simply vote this guy back in with another four years f “Hope and Change” isn’t going to do us much good. It’s too bad the D’s don’t decide to go find a more moderate
candidate to run at the conventions. There is a large segment of the population who don’t have a candidate yet, on either of the two extremes. I don’t think any of us want to hear any more of: “I am more conservative, more liberal, or more progressive than he/she is.” Some of us would prefer, “I am
more reasonable in my thought processes. There are progressive and conservative things to look at, but there is an established set of values and practices which should not be thrown out or treated as politically incorrect.” I can’t imagine anybody in their right mind who would want to touch the hem of the garment of these bums.

Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as an inscrutable and disturbing phenomenon, a baffling breed of mass
hysteria akin perhaps to the witch craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder, did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many
into thinking he could manage the world's largest economy, direct the world's most powerful military, execute the world's most consequential job?
Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer"; a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, so often did he vote "present"); and finally an unaccomplished single term in the United States Senate, the
entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions. He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as a legislator.
And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama's
"spiritual mentor"; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian
looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president?
Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal: To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an
outspoken hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like Bill Ayers, would have lasted a single day. But because Mr. Obama was Black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberaldom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were a bit
extreme, he was given a pass.
Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass -- held to a lower standard -- because of the color of his skin. Podhoretz continues: And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also so articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said)
"non-threatening," all of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest?

Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama phenomenon -- affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all affirmative action laws and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and especially white liberals, feel good about themselves. Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat
themselves on the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates [and dumbing down] which follow.
Liberals don't care if these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the emotional devastation and deflated self esteem resulting from
the racist policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin -- that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't
racism, then nothing is. And that is what America did to Obama.
True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of
achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he
was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary. What could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time Obama speaks?
In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications nonetheless raved about Obama's oratory skills, intellect, and cool character. Those people -- conservatives included -- ought now to be deeply embarrassed. The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of clichés, and that's when he has his teleprompter in front of him; when the prompter is
absent he can barely think or speak at all. Not one original idea has ever issued from his mouth -- it's all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that has failed over and over again for 100 years.

And what about his character? Obama is constantly blaming anything and everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I
inherited this mess. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise his own powerlessness, so comfortable with his own incompetence. But really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly?
In short: our president is a small and small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion
of liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in the Oval Office.

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT

AP - WASHINGTON D.C. -

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ... Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter...

Subject: RE: Issue of Passport?

While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?

A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?

A: There are only three possibilities.

1) He traveled with a U.S. ... Passport,

2) He traveled with a British passport, or

3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?

A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you Don't care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this, and then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won't survive much longer.

In January 2011, Obama appointed General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt head of his jobs council. Need you ask which candidate GE’s executives will invest in next year to keep their jobs?

2. Cult of personality – Hitler, Stalin and Mao were its most prominent practitioners. Obama is no slouch. It started at the 2008 Democratic nominating convention in Denver. Mere mortals accept their party’s nomination at the convention site. Not Barack Obama, whose campaign packed 80,000 delirious followers into the Denver Bronco’s stadium to hear Glorious Leader-in-waiting deliver his coronation speech amidst fake Greek pillars. (It was all reminiscent of the elaborately-staged events in Nuremberg, where the masses worshipped another man-God). At Obama’s $150-million inauguration, celebrity cretins like Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore and Cameron Diaz, pledged to their leader to “be the change” (his change). In a recent “60 Minutes” interview, the man whose hubris is in perpetual overdrive obliquely declared himself the 4th best president in American history. Why only 4th? Can the divine image on stamps, coins and statues be far off?

3. Penchant for thuggery – The Nazis used their S.A. street fighters to intimidate opponents. In 1972, during the McGovern campaign, the national Democratic Party was taken over by the New Left, whose hallmark was violent confrontations with the police during the ‘60s anti-war movement. (Obama has never disavowed ex-Weatherman Bill Ayers, who still boasts of blowing things up in the 1960s.) In answer to Tea Party activism and Republican victories in 2010, Democrats have become increasingly unhinged. In February, Massachusetts Congressman Mike Capuano told a gang of labor goons in Boston, “Every once and awhile, you need to get out in the streets and get a little bloody when necessary.” (The goons proceeded to rough-up counter-protestors.) On Labor Day, Obama appeared at a rally with AFL-CIO Capo Richard Trumka, who had earlier told Illinois UMW members to get out and “kick the sh-t out of every last” worker who crossed picket lines. Lately, we had the Occupy Wall Street Movement (the Obama Jugend) battling cops who came to evict the squatters. Totalitarians of all stripes believe adherence to their vision justifies violence.

4. They’ve come for your guns –The National Socialists inherited a firearms registration law from the Weimar Republic and preceded to make it progressively harsher. In 1938, gun ownership was limited to Nazi party members. Earlier, the Weimar registration lists were used to confiscate guns from “undesirables.” The German socialists feared guns in the hands of their opponents. Starting with the U.S. Gun Control Act of 1968, every major piece of anti-Second Amendment legislation has been passed by Democrats. Fast and Furious, through which the ATF ran guns to Mexican drug cartels, was intended to discredit firearms dealers. Democrats call their gun-grabbing mania crime-prevention. Can they really be that stupid? The states with the least restrictive gun laws have the lowest crime rates. In a recent speech to the NRA, Newt Gingrich unmasked Obama’s stealth strategy – rather than push anti-gun legislation, he appoints anti-gun judges and signs anti-firearms treaties. The result is the same.

5. Undermine traditional religion while seeking to exploit it – But didn’t Hitler say he was a Christian. So does Obama. The religion mongered in the temple of Jeremiah Wright (anti-America, anti-Israel) bears the same relationship to normative Christianity that Obama-nomics does to the free market. Hitler idolized philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche and composer Richard Wagner – both militant atheists. In public, Hitler would try to use Christianity. Privately, he was contemptuous of the faith as a conspiracy of the Jews to foist their morality on happy pagans. In 1942, his deputy, Martin Bormann, flatly stated, “National Socialist and Christian concepts are incompatible.” The Democrats never miss a chance to undermine traditional religion, especially by placing Church-State fetishists on the bench. Until it was exposed by a Republican Congressman and hastily rescinded, Obama’s New PC Army tried to ban gifts of Bibles to wounded warriors at Walter Reed Army Hospital. The National Christmas Tree on the Capitol grounds has a number of ornaments with references to Obama, but nothing about Christmas or the Nativity or a crèche at the base. The Capitol police threatened to arrest Rev. Patrick Mahoney if he carried out plans to read the Christmas story or sing carols at the lighting ceremony. Totalitarians don’t like competition for the people’s loyalty. One god at a time, please.

6. Anti-progress – The Democratic Party is the Sierra Club in office. It opposes coal-mining, domestic oil production and nuclear power. If they could, Democrats would happily ban the internal-combustion engine. In 1935, the Third Reich passed a precursor of today’s environmental legislation (the Reich Nature Protection Law), which required “environmental effect reports” (environmental impact statements?) for any construction that might alter the landscape. Nazi biologist Ernst Lehmann explained: “We recognize that separating humanity from nature, from the whole of life, leads to humankind’s own destruction and the death of nations. Only through the re-integration of humanity into the whole of nature can our people be made stronger.” Sound familiar? Had it been published in Berlin in 1935, “Earth In Balance” would have become an instant classic.

7. Intellectual apologists – The left has dominated our college campuses since the 1960s. As early as 1931, the Nazis enjoyed far more support in German universities than with the general public – among both professors and students (the later through the National Socialist German Students). Philosophers, poets and scientists lined up to pledge allegiance to the Thousand Year Reich. Hitler railed at intellectuals. The Hitler Youth barbecued books. But if there’s one thing intellectuals like even more than their pet theories it’s the power to force them on the public, which is why every totalitarian regime has its intellectual running dogs. In 2012, watch for prominent economists (like Nobel laureate Paul Krugman), writers and scientists (especially the global warming crowd) to line up behind the man who celebrates himself as the smartest president since Thomas Jefferson.

Should this be surprising from the president who sat in a pew of the Trinity United Church for 19 years and listened to Wright rant about “state terrorism against the Palestinians”? Obama’s “The Audacity of Hope” was inspired by one of the Wright Reverend’s sermons. In turn, Jeremiah gave an award to Louis, who called Judaism a “gutter religion.”

9. Practice the big lie – The Nazis were infamous for their propaganda techniques – which were actually pioneered by the Bolsheviks. Goebbels advised: “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe.” Although the competition is fierce, probably the Democrats’ most outrageous lie is that they are for the middle class and all of the problems of Main Street can be laid at the door of Republicans and Wall Street. Democratic solicitude for Middle America is manifested by: giving us chronic 9% unemployment, an anti-progress tax system, crippling domestic energy production (leading to pain at the pump, among other effects), growing the national debt to shrink the economy (Obama increased the debt almost 30% in less than 3 years), leaving our borders unguarded so that blue-collar workers have to compete with hordes of illegal aliens, and a government-created crisis in the mortgage-housing market, putting homeownership out of reach for young families for decades. Democrats’ declaration of solidarity with the middle class is as sincere as Hitler’s assurances throughout the 1930s that he wanted peace – up until the moment he invaded Poland. While assuring us they have our interests at heart, Democrats invade our bank accounts and pension plans.

Come to power democratically, retain power dictatorially – Hitler came to power through the democratic process, then proceeded to eliminate his opponents, by banning competing parties, dissolving trade unions and, eventually, sending the leadership of both to concentration camps. Like the Nazis, Democrats believe their opponents are evil. They’ve done their best to demonize the Tea Parties and talk radio. Periodically, they threaten to revive the Fairness Doctrine and apply it rigorously to the only media they don’t control. Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe says that in 2007, he overheard a conversation between Hillary Clinton and Barbara Boxer in which they agreed that something had to be done about talk radio and “there’s got to be a legislative fix for this.” Democrats also seek to stifle dissent through hate-crimes laws and campaign spending limits. Would they go so far as to imprison opponents of the regime? The president has done a complete about-face on indefinite detention of suspected terrorists, which he swears would never, ever be used against U.S. citizens. In 2009, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said future terrorists would likely come from the ranks of Second Amendment activists, anti-tax protestors, proponents of border security and disgruntled Iraq war veterans. Connect the dots.

I hadn't thought about this - but where are O's past girlfriends - surely he had at least one? No past girl friends popping up anywhere? Strange - strange to the point of being downright weird!
OK, this is just plain old common sense, no political agendas for either side. Just common knowledge for citizens of a country, especially American citizens, who know every little tidbit about every other president (and their wives) that even know that Andrew Jackson's wife smoked a corn cob pipe and was accused of adultery, or that Lincoln never went to school or Kennedy wore a back brace or Truman played the piano.
We are Americans! Our Media vets these things out! We are known for our humanitarian interests and caring for our 'fellow man.' We care, but none of us know one single humanizing fact about the history of our own president.
Honestly, and this is a personal thing ... but it's bugged me for years that no one who ever dated him ever showed up. Taken his charisma, which caused the women to be drawn to him so obviously during his campaign, looks like some lady would not have missed the opportunity....
We all know about JFK's magnetism, McCain was no monk, Palin's courtship and even her athletic prowess were probed. Biden's aneurysms are no secret. Look at Cheney and Clinton-we all know about their heart problems. How could I have left out Wild Bill before or during the White House?
Nope... not one lady has stepped up and said, "He was soooo shy," or "What a great dancer!"
Now look at the rest of what we know... no classmates, not even the recorder for the Columbia class notes ever heard of him.
Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Check for groomsmen. Then get the footage of the graduation ceremony.
Has anyone talked to the professors? Isn't it odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him.
When did he meet Michele and how? Are there photos? Every president provides the public with all their photos, etc. for their library. What has he released? Nada - other than what was in this so-called biography! And experts who study writing styles, etc. claim it was not O's own words or typical of his speech pat terns, etc.

George Stephanopoulos, notable democrat, ABC News said the same thing during the 2008 campaign. Even George questions why no one has acknowledged that the president was in their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made impromptu speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos was a classmate of Obama at Columbia-class of 1984. He says he never had a single class with him.
Since he is such a great orator, why doesn't anyone in Obama's college class remember him? And, why won't he allow Columbia to release his records? Do you like millions of others, simply assume all this is explainable - even though no one can?

For example,Wayne Allyn Root was (like Obama) a political science major at Columbia , who graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don't have a single classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia ... EVER!
Nobody recalls him.
Root adds that he was, "Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life, don't know anyone who ever met him."
At our 20th class reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was. The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say in New York, 'the macha' who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him."
Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook, and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia , provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia .
How can this be?
NOTE: Wayne Allyn Root can easily be verified. He graduated valedictorian from his high school, Thornton-Donovan School , then graduated from Columbia University in 1983 as a Political Science major in the same '83 class in which Barack Hussein Obama states he was.

Barack Obama has gone too far. He's exceeded his constitution authority one too many times. And the only questions that now remain are: What is Congress going to do about it?... and just as important: What are you going to do about it?

Of course, we're not the only ones saying that Obama's Backdoor Amnesty Decree is way out of bounds. David B. Rivkin Jr. and Lee A. Casey, two former Justice Department officials in the Reagan and Bush administrations, tell us that "there is little question that the line has been crossed."

And there you have it. We could say that Barack Obama has declared himself King, but Rivkin and Casey have something to say on that score as well. They point out that King James II of Britain "was deposed in no small part because he claimed the right to generally suspend laws enacted by Parliament and to dispense with law in individual cases."

And a number of Congressmen are also calling for an investigation and former-Congressman Tom Tancredo has gone so far as to call on Congress to initiate impeachment proceedings against Barack Obama for his back-door amnesty decree. Specifically, Tancredo said that Republicans should not use the excuse of the upcoming 2012 election to shirk their Constitutional duties. It's not enough to simply say that we agree.
Yes, the line has been crossed and we're not going to let this issue go away! Barack Obama has gone too far. He's crossed the line one too many times, and now is the time for our elected officials in Congress to stop kicking the can down the road do their Constitutional duty and hold Barack Obama and his administration accountable.

Americans elected Barack Obama president, a man well-spoken and apparently capable of tackling our national crises. However, candidate Obama's "hope and change" rhetoric had concealed his statist agenda. President Obama, with Democrat congressional collaboration, enacted a catastrophic journey into the statist night, replete with teetering economy, 16.1 percent real unemployment, and crushing budget deficits. His leadership deficits are patent; his rhetoric is narcissistic and vociferous; his arguments are specious, polarizing and self-defeating. Worse, he cannot govern; he's functionally incompetent. Exhibits: (A.) his inept response to the Gulf oil spill; (B.) the continuing financial crisis; (C.) the failed $864 billion stimulus; (D.) nuclear Iran; (E.) triumphant Islamic radicals in the Arab spring.

Beneath our native idealism, which makes us vulnerable to casuistry like candidate Obama's, we American electors are inherently empirical and pragmatic. While Democrats frame the economic debate by fomenting class warfare pitting rich vs. middle vs. poor, the real question is, "What serves the people better, socialism or capitalism?"

Informed Americans, who truly care about economic conditions for the poor, the unemployed, retirees and families with children, know that socialism does not work. As an engine to prosperity and opportunity, it has universally failed, lately exemplified by the (European Union) economic disintegration. Based on the economic theory of Fabian socialist, John Maynard Keynes, and objectified through deficit spending, market regulation and confiscatory, progressive tax rates, federal stimulus plans to increase employment have mangled prosperity and strangled recovery, causing massive unemployment -- no bang for the buck. By contrast, Presidents Kennedy, Reagan and G.W. Bush all enacted massive tax cuts, which emancipated the economy, led to prodigious prosperity, elevated the poor and increased federal tax revenue. These are salient facts. After working for two years to enact his economic policies over statist Democrat opposition, in one year, 1983, Reagan's supply-side measures reversed Carter's triple malaise of concurrent minus 8 percent GDP, 21 percent prime rate and 13.5 percent inflation. Employment rose higher than Keynesians believed possible. What a concept. Jobs -- real prosperity for poor families.

Does anyone believe the president's Keynesianism will ever work, given unlimited funds and 10 years, (neither of which we can afford)? His new plan is to increase taxes on families, which earn over $250,000 and individuals earning over $200,000. Do the math. Even a 100 percent tax on the total income of all such people would be insufficient to offset the deficit spending his policies entail. More casuistry and spending will not remedy the plummeting economic and employment crises his stimuli stimulated. There is nothing pragmatic in his plan, unless more social upheaval and ultimate national bankruptcy are intended. Americans have better options, starting with electing a competent president.

This past July, we had the pleasure of sharing a summer barbecue with a
refugee from Cuba .
Our dinner conversation was starkly different than most.

This refugee came to the United States as a young boy in the early 1960s.
His family was more fortunate than most as they were able to bring a
suitcase and $100 when they fled Castro's newly formed revolutionary
paradise.

Our dinner consisted of all-American fare:
hamburgers, potato salad, watermelon and fresh ears of sweet corn.
This is a menu shared with family and friends nationwide, while celebrating
the birth of our
beloved America on the Fourth of July.

We began with a simple discussion about our country and the direction it has
taken since Barack Obama came to
power.
We shared the usual complaints about the sour economy and liberal social
engineering emanating from the rulers in Washington .

But then he said it.
The sentence came naturally.
I assume it was unplanned.
But it carried the weight of a freight train.

"You know when Castro took power, none of us knew he was a Communist."

We sat stunned.
He continued, "Yes, we all thought he was a patriot, a nationalist.
Before the revolution he didn't sound like a radical."

The comparison at this point was easy, and I interjected,
"You mean just like Barack Obama?"

He responded, "Yes, just like Barack Obama."

He continued, "We were all shocked as the government just continued to grab
more power. First they said the revolution is over, so please turn in your
guns. We all complied."

"I remember my uncle saying after it started,
'Castro will only nationalize some of the big industries, he will never come
and take our family hardware store.'
But that is exactly what happened, Castro started with the sugar mills and
the large industries, but they eventually came and knocked on the door of
our family hardware store. My family had run this store for generations.
They said we now own the hardware store, you work for us. And that nice,
large four-bedroom home you own, it is now our property also, and you can
move yourself and five children into two rooms of the house because others
are moving in with you."

The lesson learned from this discussion is a lesson most Americans refuse to
hear. Political leaders can lie about
their agenda and once in office they can take totally unexpected turns.

If you had asked us three years ago if we thought General Motors would be
nationalized, we would have never believed it. We could never contemplate a
country where the rule of law, the most fundamental building block of a
justice society would be evaporating just like it did in Castro's Cuba in
the early 1960s.

But the news of injustice keeps increasing.
Black Panthers are not charged with wrongdoing by the U.S. Department of
Justice because their crimes are against whites.
The bondholders of GM are stripped of their assets without due process by
the government.
Governmental leaders are bribed in full daylight only to have all
investigation of the crimes stifled by the Attorney General.
The U.S. borders are overrun with crime and illegal activity and the leaders
in D.C. act as if it is important to protect the lawbreakers while the
innocent are killed and overrun.
When local communities attempt to enforce the law, they are ridiculed and
threatened as racists and bigots. They
are sued by the very administration entrusted with enforcing the law.

Without the rule of law the U.S. Constitution is a sham.
Without the rule of law our beloved America is swiftly becoming a country
where only the well connected and politically powerful will be safe.
As Michelle Malkin has so eloquently explained in her recent book,
a culture of corruption has replaced honest government.

The only way this problem will be fixed is by massive citizen action.
All honest citizens that want to be treated equally must come together and
demand that the favoritism, the bribes, the uneven enforcement of law end
now.
And yes, it can happen here.

* A year ago I made the statement that "I didn't believe the President knows
what he is doing."
My friend said "Oh yes he does".
Back then I didn't know what she meant.
Today I realize she was right. He does know exactly what he is doing.*

Social Security is not a Ponzi Scheme; it is much worse!

One, a Ponzi scheme collects money from new investors and uses it to pay previous investors—minus a fee. But Social Security collects money from new investors, uses some of it to pay previous investors, and spends the surplus on programs for politically favored groups—minus the cost of supporting a massive bureaucracy. Over the years, trillions of dollars have been spent on these groups and bureaucrats.

Two, participation in Ponzi schemes is voluntary. Not so with Social Security. The government automatically withholds payroll taxes and “invests” them for you.

Three: When a Ponzi scheme can’t con new investors in sufficient numbers to pay the previous investors, it collapses. But when Social Security runs low on investors—also called poor working stiffs—it raises taxes. Indeed, Cato Institute’s Michael Tanner points out,

Social Security taxes have been raised some 40 times since the program began. The initial Social Security tax was 2 percent (split between the employer and employee), capped at $3,000 of earnings. That made for a maximum tax of $60. Today, the tax is 12.4 percent, capped at $106,800, for a maximum tax of $13,234. Even adjusting for inflation, that represents more than an 800 percent increase.

And given that the worker-to-retiree ratio is expected to fall from 3-1 today to 2-1 in 2030 (down from 16-1 in 1950) these taxes will only go up unless the government decides to kick retirees in their dentures and slash benefits.

Rick Perry should stop soft-peddling the issue and tell it like it is.

WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT TO TURN ON THE TV NEXT THURSDAY AND HEAR THE U.S. PRESIDENT GIVE THE FOLLOWING SPEECH?

'My Fellow Americans: As you all know, our greatest national priority is to put citizens back to work. That is why I am taking this opportunity to inform the Congress and all Americans what I propose to do to create jobs and stimulate our economy. But before I do that I have some confessions to make.

First, I have ignored my oath of office by failing to enforce our immigration laws. I have permitted millions of illegal aliens to enter and remain in this country and have undermined the Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in the discharge of their duties.
I have endangered our security by allowing sleeper cells to be created and staffed from the illegal population.

Second, Using the Saul Alinsky play book, I have taken us down the road toward Socialism when we all know that capitalism is what built our great country and made America what it is today – the envy of many of the other countries of the world.

Third, I squandered billions of TARP dollars on handouts to unions and special interest organizations like ACORN and La Raza that supported my candidacy to this office. I lost billions on the General Motors bailout.

Fourth, I talked about shovel-ready projects that would put America back to work without any provision to make sure only citizen workers would benefit. I admit that was a gross exaggeration. There were few such projects and the money has now been wasted.

Fifth, I lied so many times I can’t remember them anymore. A member of Congress pointed that out publicly when he said, “You lie!” He was right. I lied when I said that I didn’t know Rod Blagojevich and had only seen him at a distance at a football game. There are many photographs and phone call evidence that indicate to the contrary. ----I lied.

Sixth, I lied when I said that Obamacare would not apply to illegal aliens. There was no mechanism in the bill to verify the eligibility of applicants and no penalty for fraudulent applications. The bill therefore allows illegal aliens full access to government subsidized health care.-- I lied.
Seventh, I admit that the birth certificate I released to the public had been modified and I hereby direct the State of Hawaii to release without delay the original long form document for examination by the experts. I may have lied when I claimed to have been born in the U.S.

Eighth, I lied when I denied that I was a de facto Muslim. Every action that I have taken since I have been in office has proved to the contrary from my bowing to foreign potentates to my celebration of Ramadan and praising of Islam. However, I knew I could never achieve my personal goals unless I professed to be a Christian even if it was as a member of the Black Theology church of Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

I cannot put America back to work without the help of the Congress and the American people but I can begin by repealing my executive orders and those of some of my predecessors that have contributed to our national debt and to the lack of jobs for citizens. Yesterday, I repealed Executive Order 13166 which required government services, proceedings and publications to be available in many languages. Free interpreters were also to be made available. These are luxuries we can no longer afford and I will encourage all of the states to take similar action to make sure that taxpayer funds are not used for multi-lingual ballots, other publications and services. We will provide Public Interpreters for those who cannot afford one or who do not have a relative who can serve in that capacity. For all others, interpreters will be a billable expense.

The executive order I recently issued to cause our immigration courts and agents to focus solely on the criminal elements within the illegal alien communities is hereby rescinded in its entirety. In its place, I have issued an executive order requiring the expeditious deportation of all illegal aliens and detainees who cannot prove that they legally entered and are legally present in the U.S. I want the states to appoint Immigration Justices of the Peace (IJOPS) with federal authority and mandate so that a decision can be made in every immigration case within 24 hours of the detainees’ arrival at a detention facility.

I have directed the DHS to provide the states with a rigid set of criteria on which the IJOPs can base their decisions. In general, if the detainees cannot present proof of their bona fides within a one week appeal period, they will be deported without recourse. They will be finger printed, DNAed, and photographed and admonished that if they return without the proper documentation, they will do hard time for not less than two years or five years for a repeat offender. I have further directed the DHS to propose all of the other changes in the current law that may be necessary to assure the achievement of these goals.

(I will ask the Congress to limit the Office of the Presidency’s ability to issue executive orders except those that are clearly within the scope and pursuant to the implementation of the laws passed by the Congress and making the issuance of any other executive orders an impeachable offense as a usurpation of the role of Congress)

The basis for the appeal of deportation orders will be very limited. First, If any employer can present irrefutable proof that: (1) he has paid all of the payroll taxes and withholding required of past and present illegal aliens in his employ; and (2) that he is unable to fill his jobs by offering a living wage at the American standard for each job and skill level as determined by the Department of Labor in consultation with local unions, professional organizations and state government, that may be a possible basis for a successful appeal and the granting a green card if the alien can also pass a background check and a medical exam.

Second, family separation or unification will never be permitted as a basis for immigration decisions or appeals.

Third, visa overstays will not be allowed any special privileges; if their visas have expired, they must leave. The only exception to this rule will be foreign PhD students in engineering, physical science, mathematics and medicine who are fluent in English and who apply under a fast track citizenship plan with the endorsement of the faculty of their departments.

Illegal aliens may not be detained for more than one year. If their cases have not been resolved by the end of that period, they must be deported without recourse. Difficult cases involving requests for political asylum will be handled only by immigration judges. State-licensed Immigration Justices of the Peace will focus on routine cases where political asylum requests are not involved and where the detainee has not been able to present proof of his or her bona fides. Their decisions are not appealable. Aliens under a removal order must take their minor children with them regardless of the citizenship of the children. This action will not keep the children from exercising their citizenship later when they reach age 21.

I ask the Congress to quickly pass a comprehensive immigration reform bill that will:
(1) reduce the total number of legal immigrants allowed to not more than 200,000 annually, focused on the applicants most likely to be able to help us remain competitive in the world marketplace;
(2) modify the meaning of the 14th amendment to assure that illegal aliens, foreign students, and tourists are not considered within the jurisdiction of the U.S. for the purpose of achieving birthright citizenship for their children born in the U.S.;
(3) reduce the types of visas to four: students, tourists; business travelers; and temporary migrant farm workers;
(4) level the playing field so that adult relatives of U.S. citizens or permanent residents must compete with all other applicants;
(5) prohibits the entry into and presence of female aliens in the U.S. who are pregnant or who become pregnant;
(6) authorize the construction of triage and obstetric hospitals north and south of the borders with the cost of construction being shared with our neighboring countries but the staffing to be provided by our neighbors;
(7) make failure to enforce immigration laws an impeachable offense for all federal officials from the president on down;
(8) reduce funding for Medicaid and education for any state or municipality that fails to provide full police authority to ask any individual stopped for another violation to prove his or her legal presence in the U.S. and in the absence of such proof, to deliver that individual to the nearest federal detention facility for immediate processing and deportation as appropriate;
(9) authorize a DREAM act that is significantly strengthened over the previous versions presented to the Congress to require as a minimum of a 4 year enlistment in the armed forces for every applicant and providing for the continuous audit of all applications and the enforcement with appropriate penalties for fraudulent applications up to immediate deportation.

I erred in usurping Congress’s role in the case of the DREAM act. It would be appropriate to judge me as having thumbing my nose at the Congress by doing by executive fiat what the Congress has already denied. In doing so I have indulged in another impeachable offense in the eyes of many. I appear to have taken the indefensible step of governing by decree.

In view of the difficult financial circumstances we are in I understand the reluctance of the Congress to approve any tax increases or any measures that will increase the national debt. I am therefore directing that all foreign aid to countries that have voted against the U.S. or failed to support our position in the UN at least 75% of the time be terminated immediately and those funds be reallocated to some job creation ideas from both sides of the aisle as agreed upon by the Congress.

I have further directed that our troops be removed from Afghanistan and Iraq by the end of this year. With the approval of the Pakistani government, we will provide a significant force in Pakistan to help guard its nuclear weapons and assure that they do not fall into the wrong hands. We will ask India and Pakistan to engage in serious negotiations leading to the elimination of nuclear weapons in both countries as soon as possible.

I will ask the Congress to delay indefinitely any further implementation of the heath care reform act until our national debt is no more than 18% of our GDP.

We will ask the states to identify the types of unemployment that are most prevalent in their states and to suggest how best those pockets of highest unemployment can be eliminated in a permanent and productive way without wasting taxpayers’ money.

We will ask the Justice Department to ascertain how the $60 billion of fraud in Iraq and Afghanistan can best be recovered and the culprits punished.

Now obviously I can’t do this unilaterally. I freely admit that I have already taken some ill-advised actions of that nature by abusing my power to issue executive orders. I will need the help of every member of Congress and the American people to bring my proposals to fruition.
Finally, because of my many lies, failures to enforce the law and usurpations of Congressional authority, I will not seek a second term. If nominated I will not run; if elected I will not serve. This should enable us all to put our undivided energy into the creation of jobs and the restoration of our economy and the value of the dollar.

'My Fellow Americans: As you all know, the defeat of the Iraq regime has been completed.

Since Congress does not want to spend any more money on this war, our mission in Iraq is complete.

This morning I gave the order for a complete removal of all American forces from Iraq . This action will be complete within 30 days. It is now time to begin the reckoning.

Before me, I have two lists. One list contains the names of countries which have stood by our side during the Iraq conflict. This list is short. The United Kingdom , Spain , Bulgaria , Australia , and Poland are some of the countries listed there.

The other list contains every one not on the first list. Most of the world's nations are on that list. My press secretary will be distributing copies of both lists later this evening.

Let me start by saying that effective immediately, foreign aid to those nations on List 2 ceases indefinitely. The money saved during the first year alone will pretty much pay for the costs of the Iraqi war.

THEN EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER IT WILL GO TO OUR SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM SO IT WON’T GO BROKE IN 20 YEARS.

The American people are no longer going to pour money into third world Hell holes and watch those government leaders grow fat on corruption.

In the future, together with Congress, I will work to redirect this money toward solving the vexing social problems we still have at home. On that note, a word to terrorist organizations. Screw with us and we will hunt you down and eliminate you and all your friends from the face of the earth.

I am ordering the immediate severing of diplomatic relations with France, and Russia. Thanks for all your help, comrades. We are retiring from NATO as well.

I have instructed the Mayor of New York City to begin towing the many UN diplomatic vehicles located in Manhattan with more than two unpaid parking tickets to sites where those vehicles will be stripped, shredded and crushed. I don't care about whatever treaty pertains to this. You creeps have tens of thousands of unpaid tickets. Pay those tickets tomorrow or watch your precious Benzes, Beamers and limos be turned over to some of the finest chop shops in the world. I love New York.

A special note to our neighbors: Canada is on List 2. Since we are likely to be seeing a lot more of each other, you folks might want to try not ticking us off for a change.

Mexico is also on List 2. Its president and his entire corrupt government really need an attitude adjustment. Keep your tired, your hungry, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, and the wretched refuse of your teeming country. Give your people the government and the freedom they deserve. Stop dumping your problems in our backyard.

I will have a couple thousand extra tanks and a few infantry divisions sitting around. Guess where I am going to put 'em? Yep, border security.

Oh, by the way, the United States is abrogating the NAFTA treaty - starting now. Mexican trucks and smugglers will no longer be welcome on our highways. You can unhitch at the border. We’ll take it from there.

We are tired of the one-way highway. Immediately, we'll be drilling for oil in Alaska -which will take care of this country's oil needs for decades to come. If you're an environmentalist who opposes this decision, I refer you to List 2 above: pick a country and move there.

It is time for America to focus on its own welfare and its own citizens. Some will accuse us of isolationism. I answer them by saying, ‘exactly.'

Nearly a century of trying to help folks live a decent life around the world has only earned us the undying enmity of just about everyone on the planet. It is time to eliminate hunger in America. It is time to eliminate homelessness in America.
To the nations on List 1, a final thought. Thank you guys.

Why was President Barack Obama in such a hurry to get his socialized medicine bill passed? Because he and his cunning circle realize some basic truths:

The American people in their unimaginable kindness and trust voted for a pig in a poke in 2008.
(Pig in a poke means: an offering or deal that is foolishly accepted without being examined first. A poke means sack.)

They wanted so much to believe Barack Obama was somehow better and different from other ultra-leftists that they simply took him on faith.

They ignored his anti-white writings in his books.

They ignored his quiet acceptance of hysterical anti-American diatribes by his minister, Jeremiah Wright.

They ignored his refusal to explain years at a time of his life as a student.

They ignored his ultra-left record as a "community organizer," Illinois state legislator, and Senator.

The American people ignored his total zero of an academic record as a student and teacher, his complete lack of scholarship when he was being touted as a scholar.

Now, the American people are starting to wake up to the truth. Barack Obama is a super likeable super leftist, and not a fan of this country.

The American people have already awakened to the truth that the stimulus bill -- a great idea in theory -- was really an immense bribe to Democrat interest groups, and in no way helped all Americans.

The American people already know that Mr. Obama's plan to lower health costs while expanding coverage and bureaucracy is a myth, a promise of something that never was and never can be --
"a bureaucracy lowering costs in a free society." Either the costs go up or the free society goes away... an historical truth.

These are perilous times. Mrs. Hillary Clinton, our Secretary of State, has given Iran the go-ahead to have nuclear weapons, an unqualified betrayal of the nation. Now, we face a devastating loss of freedom at home in health care. It will be joined by controls on our lives to "protect us" from global warming, itself largely a fraud, if believed to be caused by man. She has also signed on to a Small Firearms Treaty at the U.N. This is a back door gun control move. This is approved by the Senate and a 2nd Amendment majority doesn't exist in the Senate now. It will supersede all U.S. Law and the 2nd Amendment. All citizen possession will be eliminated through confiscation. Just Like Great Britain and Australia .

Mr. Obama knows Americans are getting wise and will stop him if he delays at all in taking away our freedoms. There is his urgency and our opportunity. Once freedom is lost, America is lost. Wake up, beloved America

Their American citizenship is natural, the result of parentage, and not artificial or acquired by compliance with legislative provisions.
A natural-born citizen is one not made by law or otherwise, but born. And this class is the large majority, in fact, the mass of our citizens; all others are exceptions specially provided for by law.
A natural-born citizen is defined as one whose citizenship is established by the jurisdiction which the United States already has over the parents of the child, not what is thereafter acquired by choice of residence in this country.

Angry Obama Demands Tax Increases or No Deal

U.S. Obama's intransigence forced House Speaker John Boehner to break off talks with him on Friday regarding a deficit-reduction deal to prevent a devastating default. Boehner said he would try to hammer out an agreement directly with the Senate. In a dramatic turn of events with the deadline to raise the U.S. debt ceiling just 11 days away, in an effort to shift the blame to Boehner, a frowning Obama expressed frustration at the Republican leader's move, saying it was "hard to understand why Speaker Boehner would walk away from this kind of deal." However, he did not provide any of the details of his deal but it is apparent that it did not include a balanced budget amendment which is the only long term solution to America's financial problems. An amendment could be written that would provide for national emergencies if certified by a 2/3s vote in both Houses of Congress. The amendment should be a no-brainer. But Obama doesn't want any action that would put a crimp his future spending plans, especially a Constitutional amendment. Yet a Constitutional amendment is the only way the tax, spend and borrow Democrats can be restrained.

Boehner, in a letter to fellow lawmakers, said he and Obama were unable to reach agreement on a broad deficit reduction package they had been negotiating and that the two "had different visions for our country."

A deep divide over tax revenue was at the heart of the collapse in negotiations, which derailed an effort to craft a sweeping $3 trillion deficit-cutting plan that now seems beyond reach. Both sides blamed the other for the impasse. Clearly, the answer is a $4 trillion deficit reduction plan coupled with a balanced budget amendment and expenditures capped at 18% of GDP. When our economy starts to roll again, the GDP will grow and will enable a reasonable level of government expenditures.

What the GOP needs to realize is that at the end of 2012, the Bush tax-cuts will expire in their entirety. Its objective at this time should be to trade tax increases on the super rich for permanency on the other tax cuts coupled with a balanced budget amendment. The graph above clearly shows the major causes of the high debt to GDP ratio to be the Bush tax cuts and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. There is no exit strategy for either of the wars that will not amount to cut and run. Although the Bush tax cuts play a prominent role in the debt to GDP ratio, there are few who advocate the repeal of all of them and it is not clear to what extent the repeal of the tax cuts for the super rich would solve the problem or reduce the amount attributable to the those tax cuts.

With the Aug. 2 deadline fast approaching for Congress to increase the $14.3 trillion debt ceiling, Boehner said he would begin talks with Senate leaders to "in an effort to find a path forward." An aide said a deal needs to be set by Monday. The minimum must be as stated above if the Democrats want a deal by that time.

CLOCK TICKING

"We have now run out of time," Obama told reporters. He insisted he had made an "extraordinarily fair" offer to Boehner but when the Republican stopped returning his calls on Friday it became clear that he would not accept it. This suggests that the offer was not "extraordinarily fair." Show us a balance budget amendment and $4 trillion in debt reductions over ten years then maybe we can talk about fairness.

The president said he was summoning Democratic and Republican leaders to the White House on Saturday in a last-ditch effort to find a path forward on raising the debt limit.

Failure to act could push the United States back into recession and unleash global financial chaos. What explains the President's and the Senate's intransigence at this the eleven hour?

Obama warned that failure to reach an agreement on the debt ceiling would also increase the chance of a harmful downgrade in America's top-notch credit rating. Our credit rating may also suffer if the deal fails to provide for a $4 trillion debt reduction over ten years and the long term solution represented by the amendment.

Putting the onus on Obama, Boehner said: "The president is emphatic that taxes have to be raised. As a former small businessman, I know tax increases destroy jobs. I'm not sure that is correct if the tax increases are limited to individuals rather than job-creating businesses.

Mohamed El-Erian, co-chief investment officer at Pacific Investment Management Co., which oversees $1.2 trillion in assets, told Reuters: "If not reversed within the next few days through crisis negotiations, this breakdown will be highly detrimental to the already-fragile health of both the US and global economies."

The rancorous breakdown in talks came after Obama earlier Friday said he was prepared to make "tough choices" for a sweeping deficit-reduction deal to avert a default, despite Democrats warning him not to make too many concessions. The Democrats apparently want to see a default rather than see any of their favorite forms of government largess impaired.

The Democratic president at the time appealed for compromise by both parties as he and Boehner, the top Republican in Congress, pursued a plan for up to $3 trillion in spending cuts. How much can we wring out the super rich in tax increases? What loopholes can be closed without damaging the prospects for job creation? Can we raise the taxes on super rich individuals but not on the job-creating businesses? These are the questions both sides should be addressing.

Obama had faced increasingly vocal complaints from his own Democrats on a deal-in-the-making that could mean painful curbs in popular health and retirement programs but no immediate increase in taxes. There is a precarious balance between cuts and tax increases on the one hand and our fragile economy on the other. The timing of both may be critical to the recovery. Apparently the Democrats don't understand this. They could begin by postponing any Obamacare benefits until the date on which the related revenues are supposed to kick in. They could begin by eliminating all special interest appropriations for subsidies to ACORN, La Raza, agri-business, absentee farmers,etc. They could begin by making the Bowles-Simpson recommendations a matter of law.

Republicans have refused to accept a deal for raising the debt limit if it includes revenue increases. This is a mistake as long as the tax increases are limited to the super rich hedge fund managers and others.

Attention now turns to the Senate, where negotiations are likely to resume on a convoluted plan put forth by Republican Senate leader Mitch McConnell that intended as a fallback option if all else failed. That plan is not worth the paper it is written on unless it is coupled with $4 trillion in debt reduction and the amendment.

Here is what Barack said when asked why the vast majority of Americans did not support a higher debt ceiling:

Let me distinguish between professional politicians and the public at large. You know, the public is not paying close attention…

Shockingly, despite all the warning signs of misadventure—from staggering joblessness, cratered budgets, perpetual trillion-dollar deficits, shrinking military, and government program downsizes, Obama still believes he’s captaining America’s ship to unsurpassed achievement. Instead, Barack has America sailing full-speed into an economic tsunami, as unconcerned as a blind man stumbling across a minefield, drunk and barefoot.

This essay plumbs the remarkable obduracy of Liberals who condescendingly mistake their elitist attitude for competence to lead.

I. What is Liberalism?

Question: Is it not a fundamental assumption of leftism that modern liberalism is transparently true by definition; whereas Conservative ideas are embarrassingly stupid and utterly false? Further, don’t liberals naturally assume that the elite class—aka Ivy League grads and leftist politicical Brahmans—are simply smarter and more efficient by light years than the average person? Were this self-satisfied assumption correct would we be in the desperate straights we find ourselves today? Currently, mendacious politicians savagely battle to waste borrowed money like bubonic rats tearing each other limb-from-limb over government cheese.

Liberalism, as the term is used today, is shorthand for socialism. This must be differentiated from the worldview of the Founders, who used the same word for their ideas. But the colonist’s theories must now be referred to as “Classical Liberalism,” to contrast. So when speaking between the two ideologies, leftism of today should be called “Modern Liberalism”; and that of the American Revolutionaries as “Classical Liberalism.”

Classical Liberalism is by far the most influential and successful political theory in world history. It consists of these elements, according to American Conservatism: An Encyclopedia:

“Classical liberalism” designates the ideology advocating private property, an unhampered market economy, the rule of law, constitutional guarantees of freedom of religion and press, and international peace based on free trade. Until 1900, this ideology was simply known as liberalism. The qualifying “classical” is now necessary because liberalism has become associated with socialism—interference with private property and the market on behalf of egalitarian goals.

But at the core of our political struggles we are still battling over the vision of left versus right regarding theories of the nature of mankind.

II. The Elite Vision: Are Politicians Really Masters of the Universe?

One of the fascinating developments in political history is the advent of socialist and Marxist ideology which made politicians default geniuses of the world. One does not have to look far to find how Marxist leaders inevitably mistook ruthless rule for competence. Consider Mao’s agrarian debacle the Great Leap Forward, murdering 40 million Chinese by sheer stupidity and ignorance. Each Marxist master has similar dumb, uneducated and murderous mistakes which prove dispositively that Marxism and socialism are horribly false and misbegotten belief systems. Consider Lenin’s claim, “Any cook should be able to run the country” when pondering how leftism combines the very worst of illiterate, simplistic thinking combined with arrogant overconfidence.

And yet, America is currently trapped in the miasma of Obama’s reign of unlettered incompetence. We stand at the edge of the precipice of economic Armageddon while the Con Artist in Chief beams his happy, dysfunctional smile across a land laid waste. Every single major decision by Obama has either been a precipitous failure or a hypocritical, hornswoggling continuation of his officially damned predecessor’s policies.

So what drives such relentless failure, done with such remarkable hubris?

A. Conflict of Visions: Liberalism as a Condescending, Simplistic Ideology

Thomas Sowell has written extensively upon the conceits and failures of modern liberalism, and leftist political hacks like Barack Obama. He calls progressive ideology “Vision” politics, and describes how the enthusiasts of this theory lord over others their high-minded, but impotent ideals. He describes the tragic results of the Liberal tendency to see themselves as a special elite force, who are the only persons fit to tackle humanity’s challenges and crises—just as Barack so condescendingly claimed about the budget debate.

In A Conflict of Visions: Ideological Origins of Political Struggles, Sowell maps out the essential difference between progressive and conservative ideas. Beliefs and policies of the left and the right hinge upon their respective views of human nature. In general, Leftists believe individuals are no more than the sum of their influences, such as family, neighborhood or society. He calls this the “Unconstrained Vision,” and such progressives are the “self anointed” people—being those with a liberal, or socialist political view. This group relieves individuals of their responsibility when they fall short, because they believe when one person fails we all fail, and the society is responsible for raising them up again.

But the Conservative vision is one of individual responsibility, where people make it or fail upon their own initiative, willpower, and character. He calls this the “Constrained Vision,” which is opposed to utopian systems, and socialist schemes meant to perfect all people. The constrained vision relies on a modified belief in the goodness of human nature, allowing the free market, rule of law, and constitutional government to help remind people the differences between good and bad behavior.

Sowell writes,

The constrained (Conservative) vision puts little faith in deliberately designed social processes, since it has little faith that decision-makers could effectively cope with the enormous complexities of designing a blueprint for an economic system, a legal system, or a system of morality or politics. The constrained vision relies, instead, on historically derived traditions.

B. Vision of the Anointed: Liberalism as a Holy Caste of Enlightened Saviors

Sowell then maps out a further point in Vision of the Anointed. Self-Congratulation as a Basis for Social Policy. Modern liberals are elitist who have a very strong, almost religious vision about themselves and their purpose on earth. Liberals believe they are a sacred and holy order, a group “anointed” to help the poor, weak, ignorant—the social, legal, and moral misfits. He writes of those verbally talented, but intellectually bankrupt liberals, like Barack:

This vision so permeates the media and academia, and has made such major inroads into the religious community, that many grow into adulthood unaware that there is any other way of looking at things. Many of these “thinking people” could more accurately be characterized as articulate people, as people whose verbal nimbleness can elude both evidence and logic. This can be a fatal talent, when it supplies the crucial insulation from reality behind many historic catastrophes.

These anointed, like Obama, are convinced they exist in an ethereal state, above all mankind whom they must help with their great genius. Writes Sowell:

The anointed make much of their “compassion” for the less fortunate, their “concern” for the environment, and being “anti-war,” etc. One reason for the preservation and insulation of a vision is that it becomes inextricably intertwined with the egos of those who believe it. Despite Hamlet’s warning against self-flattery, the vision of the anointed is not simply a vision of the world but is also a vision of themselves and their moral role in that world. It is not a vision of the tragedy of the human condition: Problems exist because others are not as wise or as virtuous as the anointed.

III. Apocalypse Now?

We stand at the precipice of utter world currency instability and collapse. Some even talk about a return to the Gold Standard because of the failure of fiat “paper” money. Currently, Europe teeters on the edge of the abyss as Italy and Spain join Ireland and Greece on the way to insolvency. Meanwhile, Obama is pouring trillions of dollars down the drain on pie-in-the-sky “stimulus” projects; and “quantitative easing,” while the dollar plummets and hyperinflation crouches in the shadows, waiting to destroy.

Directing the collapsing global fiscal order, Barack sits like Major King Kong in Dr Strangelove, riding the “recovery” down to doomsday like a bull-rider clinging to a plummeting atom bomb. But does it have to end this way—with the blind leading the blind into an economic abyss?

Conclusion

Thomas Sowell also wrote,

Whether Barack Obama is simply incompetent as president or has some hidden agenda to undermine this country, at home and abroad, he has nearly everything he needs to ruin America, including a fool for a vice president.

Barack’s arrogant claim that “only the politicians can solve our crisis” was simply a reconfirmation of what we already knew: He is a leftist blinded by ideology into thinking his anointing will save us all. Grace Meng gets it wrong in her recent op-ed, “Put a stop to the HALT Act.” What really needs to be stopped is the Obama administration’s attempt to implement a backdoor amnesty.

Although Congress has defeated amnesty for illegal immigrants several times in recent years, this has not stopped President Obama and his administration from abusing executive branch authority to allow illegal immigrants to remain in the United States.

Last month, Administration officials caved to pressure from their liberal base and announced changes to Secure Communities. This program keeps our neighborhoods safe by identifying illegal and criminal immigrants in police custody who have been arrested and fingerprinted. But the changes made by the Administration will undermine this commonsense program and could open the door to allow millions of illegal and criminal immigrants avoid current immigration laws.

Obama and other presidents have regularly usurped the role of Congress by issuing executive orders that have no basis in law or which are gross distortions of the intent of the law. EO 13166 is a good example. Where in the U.S. statutes does it require or authorize use of taxpayer funds to provide proceedings, regulations, ballots, and other materials in several languages. This is just another example of the profligate spending of the Congress that brought us to the current financial crisis.

While executive branch authority is justifiable when exercised responsibly and fully consistent with and within the scope of the law, actions taken by the Administration demonstrate that they cannot be trusted with this power. If the Administration gets its way, millions of illegal immigrants will be allowed to remain in the U.S. without a vote of Congress.

That is why Lamar Smith has introduced the Hinder the Administration’s Legalization Temptation Act, also known as the HALT Act, which will prevent the Obama administration from implementing a backdoor amnesty.

The writers of the U.S. Constitution put Congress in charge of setting our immigration policy but the Obama administration continues to ignore the will of Congress and the American people. The Obama administration should not pick and choose which laws it will enforce. Congress must put a halt to administrative amnesty and to the abuse of executive orders outside the scope of the law. What Is Poverty in America?
As Congress struggles to find a way to cut spending as part of raising the $14 trillion debt ceiling, they should take a close look at the more than $1 trillion spent every year on welfare. You'll be surprised to learn that many of the 30 million Americans defined as "poor" and in need of government assistance aren't quite what you'd expect—rather than homeless and on the streets, the average poor American household has luxuries like air conditioning, cable TV, and X-box video game consoles.

In their new report, What Is Poverty?, The Heritage Foundation's Robert Rector and Rachel Sheffield analyze what it really means to be poor in America. The reality they found is much different than the picture painted in movies and on TV:

According to the government’s own survey data, in 2005, the average household defined as poor by the government lived in a house or apartment equipped with air conditioning and cable TV. The family had a car (a third of the poor have two or more cars). For entertainment, the household had two color televisions, a DVD player, and a VCR.

If there were children in the home (especially boys), the family had a game system, such as an Xbox or PlayStation. In the kitchen, the household had a microwave, refrigerator, and an oven and stove. Other household conveniences included a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, a cordless phone, and a coffee maker.

The home of the average poor family was in good repair and not overcrowded. In fact, the typical poor American had more living space than the average European. (Note: That’s average European, not poor European.) The average poor family was able to obtain medical care when needed. When asked, most poor families stated they had had sufficient funds during the past year to meet all essential needs.

By its own report, the family was not hungry. The average intake of protein, vitamins, and minerals by poor children is indistinguishable from children in the upper middle class and, in most cases, is well above recommended norms. Poor boys today at ages 18 and 19 are actually taller and heavier than middle-class boys of similar age in the late 1950s and are a full one inch taller and 10 pounds heavier than American soldiers who fought in World War II. The major dietary problem facing poor Americans is eating too much, not too little; the majority of poor adults, like most Americans, are overweight.

That's a far cry from the images the news media conjure up on TV. But it's the reality of those who are defined as poor in America.

To be sure, the average poor family does not represent every poor family, and there are some who are better off and some who are worse off. Though most of the poor are well-housed, at any given point during the recession in 2009, about one in 70 poor persons was homeless, and one in five experienced temporary food shortages. Those individuals have serious concerns. But the fact remains that U.S. government statistics on poverty misrepresent the reality.

That misrepresentation has international implications. Rector and Sheffield explain that U.S. government poverty statistics portray a misleading negative image around the world. Al Jazeera, Iran's Teheran Times, Chinese and Russian media have latched on to U.S. poverty statistics to depict the United States as a failed, nightmarish society. And nothing could be further from the truth.

President Obama plans to make this situation worse by creating a new "poverty" measure that deliberately severs all connection between "poverty" and actual deprivation. Rector and Sheffield say that the goal is to measure income "inequality," not poverty—giving the President public relations ammunition for his "spread-the-wealth" agenda.

Rector and Sheffield write that when it comes to making policy, the broader reality of what poverty in America means should be taken into consideration: "Sound public policy cannot be based on faulty information or misunderstanding . . . In the long term, grossly exaggerating the extent and severity of material deprivation in the U.S. will benefit neither the poor, the economy, nor society as a whole."

I'm 63. Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I've worked hard since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven't called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there's no retirement in sight, and I'm tired. Very tired.

I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I'm tired of being told that I have to pay more taxes to "keep people in their homes." Sure, if they lost their jobs or got sick, I'm willing to help. But if they bought Mc Mansions at three times the price of our paid-off, $250,000 condo, on one-third of my salary, then let the left-wing Congress-critters who passed Fannie and Freddie and the Community Reinvestment Act that created the bubble help them with their own money.

I'm tired of being told how bad America is by left-wing millionaires like Michael Moore, George Soros and Hollywood Entertainers who live in luxury because of the opportunities America offers. In thirty years, if they get their way, the United States will have the economy of Zimbabwe , the freedom of the press of China the crime and violence of Mexico , the tolerance for Christian people of Iran , and the freedom of speech of Venezuela .

I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't "believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari'a law tells them to.

I'm tired of being told that "race doesn't matter" in the post-racial world of Obama, when it's all that matters in affirmative action jobs, lower college admission and graduation standards for minorities (harming them the most), government contract set-asides, tolerance for the ghetto culture of violence and fatherless children that hurts minorities more than anyone, and in the appointment of U.S. Senators from Illinois.

I think it's very cool that we have a black president and that a black child is doing her homework at the desk where Lincoln wrote the Emancipation Proclamation. I just wish the black president was Condi Rice, or someone who believes more in freedom and the individual and less arrogantly of an all-knowing government.

I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and mandrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in America , while no American group is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance.

I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate. My wife and I live in a two-bedroom apartment and carpool together five miles to our jobs. We also own a three-bedroom condo where our daughter and granddaughter live. Our carbon footprint is about 5% of Al Gore's, and if you're greener than Gore, you're green enough.

I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off? I don't think Gay people choose to be Gay, but I #@*# sure think druggies chose to take drugs. And I'm tired of harassment from cool people treating me like a freak when I tell them I never tried marijuana.

I'm tired of illegal aliens being called "undocumented workers," especially the ones who aren't working, but are living on welfare or crime. What's next? Calling drug dealers, "Undocumented Pharmacists"? And, no, I'm not against Hispanics. Most of them are Catholic, and it's been a few hundred years since Catholics wanted to kill me for my religion. I'm willing to fast track for citizenship any Hispanic person, who can speak English, doesn't have a criminal record and who is self-supporting without family on welfare, or who serves honorably for three years in our military.... Those are the citizens we need.

I'm tired of latte liberals and journalists, who would never wear the uniform of the Republic themselves, or let their entitlement-handicapped kids near a recruiting station, trashing our military. They and their kids can sit at home, never having to make split-second decisions under life and death circumstances, and bad mouth better people than themselves. Do bad things happen in war? You bet. Do our troops sometimes misbehave? Sure. Does this compare with the atrocities that were the policy of our enemies for the last fifty years and still are? Not even close. So here's the deal. I'll let myself be subjected to all the humiliation and abuse that was heaped on terrorists at Abu Ghraib or Gitmo, and the critics can let themselves be subject to captivity by the Muslims, who tortured and beheaded Daniel Pearl in Pakistan, or the Muslims who tortured and murdered Marine Lt. Col. William Higgins in Lebanon, or the Muslims who ran the blood-spattered Al Qaeda torture rooms our troops found in Iraq, or the Muslims who cut off the heads of schoolgirls in Indonesia, because the girls were Christian. Then we'll compare notes. British and American soldiers are the only troops in history that civilians came to for help and handouts, instead of hiding from in fear.

I'm tired of people telling me that their party has a corner on virtue and the other party has a corner on corruption. Read the papers; bums are bipartisan. And I'm tired of people telling me we need bipartisanship. I live in Illinois , where the " Illinois Combine" of Democrats has worked to loot the public for years. Not to mention the tax cheats in Obama's cabinet.

I'm tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of both parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

Speaking of poor, I'm tired of hearing people with air-conditioned homes, color TVs and two cars called poor. The majority of Americans didn't have that in 1970, but we didn't know we were "poor." The poverty pimps have to keep changing the definition of poor to keep the dollars flowing.

I'm real tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

Yes, I'm tired. But I'm also glad to be 63. Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter.

Barack Obama is an illegal President, who has likely committed felonies in office and there is an active conspiracy to prevent the American people from learning the truth.

There is evidence that Obama’s birth documents and Selective Service registrations are forgeries and that he is using a stolen Social Security number.

Yet there are no investigations to ascertain the facts. There is only willful ignorance.

Many of our political leaders and government officials are either actively or passively complicit in this crime against our Constitution and our country.

Attorney Leo Donofrio has documented evidence that Justia.com, the main resource on the web for all things related to United States Supreme Court holdings, has been censoring various references to Minor v. Happersett (1875), the Supreme Court case which proves that Obama is an illegal President.

These revisions, which began prior to the 2008 election, must have been directed by persons with sophisticated legal knowledge and were likely perpetrated by Obama supporters to mislead the American people.

There is no way that it was an accident. As Donofrio writes this is a “red alert moment for our nation.”

Here is an example of how far the Congress and our government officials have degenerated.

Senator Dick Durbin invites a room full of illegal immigrants into the US Senate chambers, praises them and then introduces them to the Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who is responsible for enforcing our immigration laws, but sees no reason to do so.

Then Dim Bulb Durbin says that any of the assembled illegal immigrants can become President.

Both feel comfortable enough to flaunt the law on national television.

I have received hundreds of messages from readers stating that they have attempted to bring Obama’s ineligibility to the attention of members of Congress, only to be ignored or provided with misinformation.

It is futile writing to Congress. They are afraid or complicit and want to bury the issue.

I believe Obama and his radical supporters will use all means legal or illegal to win in 2012.

International anti-American financiers are pouring cash into front groups to support Obama’s radical agenda.

For example, George Soros has funded the Secretary of State Project to elect liberal secretaries of state in key battleground states, who will be determining what ballots are and aren’t counted in the 2012 election.

Expect to see all forms of intimidation: race baiting, threats from union thugs, menacing of voters by Black Panthers and violent flash mobs. Be prepared for possible voter fraud.

Clearly, Obama and many of our politicians and government officials feel they are above the law and need not be responsive to the wishes of the American people.

It is now the time for patriotic Americans to organize en masse and act to preserve the Constitution and restore the rule of law in government.

Stage 1. Organize local peaceful protests directed against members of Congress. Challenge them at town hall meetings. Seek candidates to replace them.

Stage 2. Identify methods for the possible future use of civil disobedience.

Stage 3. Prepare for a declaration of martial law and the potential illegal use of military forces against the population by Obama’s Executive Order Establishment of the Council of Governors, January 11, 2010.

Barack says we need to have a conversation about race in America .. Fair enough. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation.. White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to.... This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:

First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known.. Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American.

Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the 60's on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream. Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks -- with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas -- to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.
We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude??

Barack talks about new "ladders of opportunity" for blacks. Let him go to Altoona and Johnstown and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for "deserving" white kids...?Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America ? Is it really white America 's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?

Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?

As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?

Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?

We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena . And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.

Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago. This needs to be passed around because, this is a message everyone needs to hear!!!

Dear Mr. Rand,

Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know it is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you. Our gap in coverage is merely a microscopic symptom of the real problem, a deepening lack of faith.

While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can no longer endorse it's abdication of our values. Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we hear is not ours. Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DIVIDED WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time on everything presented to them, one is probably not necessary. But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed, the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our 200 years of government.

Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama Regime and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest there!

We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem anymore by renewing our membership.. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.

This Obama Regime scares the living daylights out of us. Not just for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage. But even more importantly for our children and grandchildren. Washington has rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a nonfiction scare tactic. I have never in my life endorsed any militant or radical groups, yet now I find myself listening to them. I don't have to agree with them to appreciate the fear which birthed their existence. Their borderline insanity presents little more than a balance to the voice of the Socialist mindset in power. Perhaps I became American by a great stroke of luck in some cosmic uterine lottery, but in my adulthood I CHOOSE to embrace it and nurture the freedoms it represents as well as the responsibilities it requires.

Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? The illegal perpetrators have broken into our 'house', invaded our home without our invitation or consent. The President has insisted we keep these illegal perpetrators in comfort and learn the perpetrator's language so we can communicate our reluctant welcome to them.

Since our poll is conducted without funding, I have more faith in it than ones that are driven by a need to yield AMNESTY. (aka - make voters out of the foreign lawbreakers so they can vote to continue the government's free handouts). This addition of 10 to 20 Million voters who then will vote to continue Socialism will OVERWHELM our votes to control the government's free handouts. It is a “slippery slope” we must not embark on!

Obama Stealth Amnesty Challenged in FOIA Complaint

For decades, one of the most challenging problems facing activists who favor lower immigration levels is “stealth amnesty.” Broadly defined, that means presidential administrations dating back as far as George H.W. Bush and continuing through though Barack Obama's , have willfully ignored illegal immigration and allowed aliens to live openly, take jobs, start families and enroll their children in public school with little fear of deportation.

Because of the Executive Branch’s indifference to enforcing immigration laws millions of aliens have illegally planted roots in the United States over a 25 year period.

Disregard has reached its peak under the current administration. In 2010, an internal memo drafted by four U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services staffers for agency director Alejandro N. Mayorkas outlined a plan that would allow the USCIS, under certain provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, to "develop and implement a registration program for individuals who are unlawfully present in the U.S." and to enact “meaningful immigration reform absent legislative action.”

Any of the memo’s recommendations, broadly referred to as “remedies,” have the potential to grant amnesty to large numbers of illegal immigrants without Congressional approval. Among the most blatant circumventions of Congress are: 1) granting “parole-in-place” on a case-by-case basis for “urgent humanitarian reasons” or “significant public benefit” to any illegal alien applicant, 2) lowering the standards for demonstrating “extreme hardship, 3) increasing the use of “deferred action” (allowing visa overstayers to remain), and 4) allowing temporarily protected applicants to change status.

Last August, the Houston Chronicle revealed that parts of Obama’s plan had been set into motion. According to Houston immigration lawyers, aliens arrived in court expecting an order of deportation only to find their cases dismissed. Raed Gonzalez, an attorney who acts as the liaison between the Executive Office for Immigration Review, which administers the immigration court system, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, called the dismissals a necessary step in unclogging a massive backlog in the immigration court system. A year ago, researchers at Syracuse University discovered that more than 248,000 immigration cases were pending across the country including about 23,000 in Texas.

To block this backdoor amnesty scheme Judicial Watch, a non-partisan Washington, D.C.-based public interest group that investigates and prosecutes public corruption filed two complaints against the Obama administration. In its March 29, 2011 press release, Judicial Watch confirmed that it had filed Freedom of Information Act lawsuits (on July 2 and August 30) against the Department of Homeland Security demanding to see “any and all records” pertaining to “deferred action,” “parole in place” or other documents that outline a plan that would effectively amnesty millions.

Other than acknowledging receipt of the FOIA requests, DHS has neither responded nor indicated when a response might be forthcoming. And despite evidence to the contrary, Obama has insisted that he has no plans to suspend deportations. On March 28, 2011, Obama claimed that : “There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply, through executive order, ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as president.”

The memo offered an in depth look into Obama’s mind set. While he was unable in 2010 to get amnesty through the traditional Congressional procedures, he appears emotionally committed to the concept and may not, in fact, hesitate to implement his executive powers to grant amnesty.

Whether Obama wins reelection or not, the risk of executive order action is worrisome since last minute action for pet presidential causes are common.

In a perplexing development ignored by the mainstream media, the Obama Administration suspended tens of thousands of deportations last year and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano lied to a Senate committee to cover up the astounding figure.
Napolitano told the Senate Judiciary Committee that has oversight over the Department of Homeland Security that her agency halted the deportation of only 900 illegal immigrants in fiscal year 2010. She did admit that the figure could be higher because it excludes “deferred action” granted to illegal immigrants for “humanitarian” reasons.
Not surprisingly, Madame Secretary never indicated how much higher the figure could be, which may lead many to conclude that she purposely deceived federal lawmakers. She lied! It turns out that the Obama Administration halted the deportation of 34,448 illegal immigrants last year, according to Homeland Security figures obtained independently by a Senator (Charles Grassley of Iowa) who sits on the Judiciary Committee.

After the Senate hearing, which took place last month in Washington D.C., Napolitano’s own staff corrected her atrocious lie, according to Senator Grassley’s press secretary, who provided Judicial Watch with the accurate number. According to Homeland Security figures provided to Senator Grassley’s staff, the combined deferred action and paroles of illegal immigrants in 2010 amounted to 34,448.

This appears to be part of the administration’s insidious secret amnesty plan in case Congress doesn’t pass legislation to legalize the nation’s 12 million illegal immigrants. Devised by political appointees at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the plan aims to enact “meaningful immigration reform absent legislative action.” This practice must be stopped immediately with further restrictions on the actions of the executive department contrary to the intent of the law.

This includes delaying deportation indefinitely (“deferred action”), granting green cards, allowing illegal immigrants to remain in the U.S. indefinitely while they seek legal status (known as “parole in place”) and expanding the definition of “extreme hardships” so any illegal alien could meet the criteria and remain in the country.
Last summer the Obama Administration ordered authorities to stop removing illegal immigrants who are students while lawmakers craft legislation to officially shield them from expulsion. The move, which has spared an estimated 700,000 illegal aliens, came in response to nationwide rallies by defiant illegal immigrants protesting their eminent removal or that of their undocumented parents.

Judicial Watch has sued the Department of Homeland Security to obtain records detailing the stealth amnesty plan because the agency has ignored a federal public records request that dates back to July 2010.

President Obama's speech Tuesday sought to convince the public that the border is as secure as it has ever been and that immigration is necessary for American society and an essential part of this country's heritage. His failure to address the real issues means he doesn’t really understand the problem or is willing to sacrifice anything to achieve re-election. It has not been demonstrated or proven that immigration levels exceeded a million each year is necessary for American society. Our need is limited to skilled labor and migrant farm workers. The overall quota should be reduced to the level of the 1950s or about 250,000 per year exclusive of students, tourists, and migrant farm workers.

Our country’s immigrant past is undeniable but the operative word in that phrase is “past.” When Emma Lazarus penned her famous sonnet posted on the base of the statue of liberty, the U.S. population was about 50 million. Now it has increased six fold to more than 300 million. No reasonable person should cling to outmoded idea that immigration is as essential today as it was in the mid 1880s. It is a part of our history but like slavery and child labor, it is a thing of the past and the continued reference to our immigrant past as a basis for current policy lacks credibility.

The president seems intent on changing the narrative about immigration now that his re-election campaign is underway. In recent years, the public has become more aware of the threat of excessive legal immigration and the lack of internal enforcement. The president has stumbled in trying to reclaim the momentum by making pro-immigrant arguments. He has spoken about the search for “that elusive middle ground” on immigration reform but appears to impose a pre-condition of another mass amnesty. This is viewed by many as a non-starter for negotiations on immigration reform.

Organizations that favor a tighter immigration policy dismissed the president's speech as a political effort to regain the Hispanic vote. "In his effort to shore up support from his political base, President Obama is choosing to reignite a divisive debate about amnesty for illegal aliens," said Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).
What to do with those who are already here remains one of the biggest questions of the immigration debate. According to the Pew Hispanic Center, 11.2 million "unauthorized" immigrants live in the United States, equal to 3.7% of the nation's population. The figure follows a two-year decline from the peak of 12 million reached in 2007. Even if it is true, this is hardly heartening news. From the last amnesty in 1986 to today, the compound rate of increase in the number of illegal aliens present in the U.S. is between 9 and 10% per year. Dee Perez-Scott: Pundit

After watching the morning news shows recently, Dee Perez-Scott announced that we should all thank God for President Obama for the killing of Osama Ben Laden. She, as always, limited her accolades to her favorite president, ignoring all the others who were involved in previous presidencies and in the CIA. Leon Panetta made the decision that set this operation into motion before Obama even knew about it. The purposes of his initiative were three fold: (1) to give Obama plausible deniability in case the mission came up empty or turned into a disaster; (2) because it was Panetta’s operation in the first place; and (3) because Panetta expected Obama to vacillate and maybe delay the mission until it was too late. Allowing Panetta to be the official decision maker put Obama in a position to fire him if the mission failed instead of rewarding him with the SecDef job.

Dee Perez-Scott then goes on to rail against comments she attributes to Republican candidates during the last election. She does not provide any URL references to back up her criticisms. Typical Perez commentary. If both McCain and Palin are famous for encouraging the bombing of Iran, then the URLs should be easy to find. Dee Perez-Scott then asks the rhetorical question: “Can you imagine what would have happened if they were in the White House? Clearly they would have bombed Bin Laden's hideout and demolished it, destroying any clear evidence that he was there and inciting a war with Pakistan -- a nation that actually does have nuclear weapons (aka Weapons of Mass Destruction.)”
It goes beyond the pale to suggest that McCain or Palin would have opted for a different approach than what was actually recommended by the agents involved. That is utter nonsense and she should be ashamed of herself for even suggesting it. By pronouncing the unknowable outcomes of "what if” situations that never actually happened, Perez has again damaged her credibility.

Every time Perez looks at the Middle East map she is appalled to see that Iraq is so far away from Pakistan -- where Bin Laden has been hiding since 9/11-- as if to suggest that we should have invaded Pakistan instead. She must have been asleep in geography class when she was in school or she wouldn’t have been so surprised. She recognizes that Iraq's Saddam Hussein was a deplorable dictator (there are so many in the world) but believes that since he had apparently had nothing to do with 9/11 we should have simply ignored him. She says, “Since the start of the war in Iraq, we have had over 6002 American service men and women die in this so called ‘war on terror.’ That is not counting all of the innocent men women and children in the Middle East who have died in this ‘war on terror’ ” In typical Perez fashion she fails to mention the thousands lost in the World Trade Center and other acts of terrorism by Muslims around the world. She shows no intelligent understanding of geopolitics and its relationship to terrorism. In fact, like other gullible Americans, she is a supporter of Islam.

Perez says she is glad to have what she calls “an intelligent, calm President in the White House. “She says he used his logic and technology to identify and hunt down terror leaders.” She omits any mention of the efforts over the years of previous presidents, countless intelligence analysts, interrogators, and troops on the front lines long before Obama appeared on the scene. This stealth attack hardly resulted in "Mission Accomplished." Much work remains to be done before the al Qaeda and Taliban threats are put to bed. Until then the total mission against al Qaeda and the Taliban remains unfinished. It is no more accomplished than the mission in Iraq was accomplished beyond the immediate military success of the war. Unlike Dee Perez-Scott, when President Obama made his Bin Laden announcement, he thanked the Seals, honored our troops and the families of the troops and thanked former President Bush and the American people. His speech may have been presidential but it was hardly historic. Meanwhile Perez continues her partisan insults and attacks. She dishonors herself and the President’s generous and more appropriate remarks.

But we have gotten used to Dee Perez-Scott’s unfair and unbalanced judgments, criticisms, and pronouncements when it comes to those who oppose her extreme left wing views and politics. She couldn’t resist dredging up President Bush’s May, 2003, "Mission Accomplished" statement announcing the end of active military operations when he landed on the aircraft carrier in one of the presidential helicopters. Even though this is a normal mode of transportation for the presidents, Perez attributes this to his desire “to make a more dramatic landing”. As it turns out, the Iraqi mission was NOT accomplished just as the mission against al Qaeda has not been accomplished by the death of Bin Laden. Dee claims that Bush also remarked that Bin Laden was on the run and he wasn't concerned about him but fails to mention that the hunt for Bin Laden continued throughout the eight years Bush was in office. In his speech, Obama recognized Bush’s contributions to the successful mission against Bin Laden.
During the Presidential campaign, candidate Obama, like his predecessors, promised he would hunt down Bin Laden and kill him. According to Perez, McCain called him naïve but provides no reference (URL?). Capitalizing on the groundwork laid by his predecessors and the many contributions of the CIA and other intelligence operatives, President Obama was lucky enough to be able to keep his promise.

It took years-long, detailed, methodical investigative efforts initiated by Obama’s predecessors that resulted in the identification of the courier that led them to the Obama compound. Then it was Leon Panetta that planned and initiated the Navy Seals stealth attack, using technology, training (human and dog), and skills in threading the needle to take out Bin Laden and recover all of his computers, hard drives, and other materials.
As the Obama honored the fallen at Ground Zero this past week, he invited President Bush to accompany him but Bush graciously declined allowing Obama his moment of glory alone. Perez erroneously suggests that the declination had something to do with their different ideologies.
Obama appears to be about to declare victory in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya and bring the troops home. While we will all welcome the return of our troops, it should not be under the false pretenses that the mission has actually been accomplished.

Surprisingly, on net, last week was not a good one for the Free World. Despite the signal accomplishment of liquidating Osama bin Laden, Western civilization suffered serious reverses on several fronts.

What these reverses all have in common is a deference to the doctrine our enemies' call "shariah," in a manner they perceive to be acts of "submission." Such behavior is exceedingly dangerous, as it invites our foes to redouble their efforts to make us, in the words of the Koran, "feel subdued."

For instance, consider the aftermath of SEAL Team 6's extraordinary take-down of bin Laden. What ensued was nothing less than a debacle as President Obama's political appointees kept changing their accounts of what had happened. As one wag put it, "Osama bin Laden died and we got 72 versions."

The subtext was of an administration effort desperately trying not to give offense to our adversaries. Yet, they and our friends could only have felt reaffirmed in their already dim view of what passes for American leadership under Mr. Obama.

Then, there was the unctuous effort to dispose of bin Laden's body in strict "conformance to Islamic practice." The fastidious cleansing and wrapping of the body, the 40-minute ceremony and the burial at sea conjure up images of an America treating one of its most psychopathic enemies as a legitimate, even revered figure. Islam scholar Andrew Bostom raises the question whether such rites actually included shariah-conforming denunciations of Christians and Jews? Either way, this exercise was a pathetic act of appeasement.

Next, the President announced that he had decided not to release the dead jihadist's photo. As with the handling of bin Laden's burial, the justification given was concern that the picture's dissemination would only inspire more violence against us and our forces overseas. The truth of the matter is that the more we signal our fear of the violence of shariah-adherent Muslims, the more certain it is to be visited upon us.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday an appeals court in Denmark convicted one of Western civilization's most courageous defenders - Lars Hedegaard, president of the International Free Press Society. His crime? He gave offense to Muslims. Yes, that's right, a Danish judicial panel effectively enforced shariah blasphemy law. In the process, the court violated one of the most cardinal pillars of freedom: the right to free speech. This is similar to Dee Perez-Scott's censorship of comments on her blog contrary to its stated purpose or mission.

It didn’t take long for some of President Obama’s doubters to claim the long-awaited birth certificate posted online by the White House on Wednesday had been altered or might be a fake.

But a leading software expert says there’s no doubt about its authenticity, and he dismisses claims of fraud as flat-out wrong.

The doubters have latched onto the idea that Adobe Illustrator — the premier program for computer graphic artists — “reveals” evidence of document manipulation in the Obama birth certificate. They note Illustrator reveals nine separate layers of the document, and claim it’s “proof” the file has been altered.

But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.

“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.

Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

“When you open it in Illustrator it looks like layers, but it doesn’t look like someone built it from scratch. If someone made a fake it wouldn’t look like this,” he said.“Some scanning software is trying to separate the background and the text and splitting element into layers and parts of layers.”

Tremblay also said that during the scanning process, instances where the software was unable to separate text fully from background led to the creation of a separate layer within the document. This could be places where a signature runs over the line of background, or typed characters touch the internal border of the document.

“I know that you can scan a document from a scanner most of the time it will appear as one piece, but that doesn’t mean that there’s no software that’s doing this kind of stuff,” he said, adding that it’s really quite common.

“I’d be more afraid it’d be fake if it was one in piece. It would be harder to check if it’s a good one if it’s a fake,” Tremblay said.

Digital Artifacts Prove Obama Birth Certificate Altered

As has been mentioned by a number of electronic image experts, one of the most glaring details demonstrating Obama’s purported birth certificate is a fraud is the presence of digital artifacts. One wonders whether Dee Perez-Scott has given this any consideration.

Digital images often contain unwanted information known as artifacts. In the blow up below of Obama’s supposed birth certificate, we can see digital artifacts as areas of white outlining text and graphical elements on the page. I brought a capture of the original PDF into Photoshop and enlarged it and increased the contrast in order to show the artifacts.

Artifacts are created as the result of lossy compression techniques. So-called “lossy” compression is a data encoding method which compresses data by discarding or losing some of it in order to reduce image file size.

Alternately, the white areas may be the result of a sloppy effort to eliminate a white background on the scanned image of the certificate and drop it over the green textured background. In Photoshop and similar image editing programs, it is possible to select areas based on color or contrast and eliminate those areas and make them transparent so a background image shows through. The process is far from perfect, especially when attempted by an inexperienced Photoshop user. It can leave behind telltale artifacts or jagged areas of original pixels, in this case white pixels from the original background.

As a long time user of Photoshop and Illustrator, I believe the second explanation is the likely reason there are white areas around the text and lines. It is a sloppy effort to eliminate a background.

As previously noted, the document is problematic in other ways. There are obvious text font inconsistencies, most notably in regard to the date in the “Date Accepted by Local Reg.” field near the bottom of the document. The number “1” in the year “1961” is darker than the rest of the date.

The letter “e” at the end of “none” in the “Type of Occupation Outside Home During Pregnancy” is also darker and slightly slanted, which is different than the same letter elsewhere in the document, indicating it was either added later with a typewriter of computer. This letter is included in one of the layers when the PDF is imported into Adobe Illustrator.

The date and state registrar stamps at the bottom of the document also break out in separate layers, indicating they were likely added and are not part of an original document as one would expect of an official document.

Other oddities add to the mystery of the document, including “X” marks above the “Twin” and “Triplet” in “This Birth” box. As far as we know, Obama is not a twin or triplet.

Finally, the document does not contain an official imprint seal, as we see on other certificate of live birth documents (see the example from an article we posted yesterday).

Although intended to be sarcastic commentary on the “birthers,” BuzzFeed has a list of most of the document’s anomalies.

Now that we have established that the document is an obvious forgery, we should ask why Obama’s people would release as definitive proof of his citizenship such an easily debunked fraud.

Is it possible Obama’s people are so incompetent and lazy as to release a document that was torn apart soon after it was released by people who know what to look for?

Or was this obvious fraud released simply to keep the debate and the political circus sideshow going?

While Obama’s birth issue has serious constitutional implications, it is to a certain degree a distraction. It reiterates the false right-left paradigm – as the PPP poll indicates — and deflects from larger political issues such as the Fed Reserve, the fraudulent monetary system, and ongoing wars responsible for killing more than a million people over the last eight years.

It also pumps new life into the so-called birther movement, a favorite target of derision by Obama supporters, especially in the corporate media (most notably by Chris Matthews). Barack Hussein Obama II has now released copies of his so-called long form certificate of live birth which includes the place and hospital of birth.

Questions still remain. President Obama has finally released his birth certificate. There doesn’t seem to be anything shocking or embarrassing in it that would explain the reluctance to release it. It just looks like your normal birth certificate that all of us have. Of course we’d love to put this issue behind us and move onto the important issues facing our nation, but questions still remain.

Many people thought there would be something embarrassing on the certificate that Obama would not want made public. For example, since his mother was Caucasian there was a possibility that Obama’s birth certificate said he was also Caucasian. Another theory along the same lines was that since his father’s religion was Muslim that it might have listed this as Obama’s religion also. But neither of these turned out to be the case and makes you wonder why this went on so long.

There are also many other aspects of Obama’s life that remain hidden and secret. Items like his school transcripts, citizenship status over the years, and just a general mystery surrounding the life of Barack Hussein Obama.

Is this certificate real? Someone as powerful as Obama has become would easily have the capability to put false data anywhere in the world. Supposedly this document has been verified by the state of Hawaii. The White House is using an excuse that they had to get a special exception in order to get a copy of the certificate. Really? So when was the last time you were told you couldn’t get a copy of your own medical records? That’s not going to happen. The lies continue and something just doesn’t smell right with this.
Some interesting points to consider about the authenticity include:

• Supposedly the original document was in a bound volume (as reflected by the curvature of the left hand side of the certificate), why is the green patterned background of the document’s safety paper seem to be so seamless?
• Why, if Obama was born on August 4, 1961, was the “Date Accepted by Local Reg.” four days later on August 8, 1961?
• The certificate says “African” for Obama’s father’s race when the term used in the 1960’s was “Negro”.

President Obama called this issue “silly” when he released his certificate. This is truly a shame that the leader of the free world takes the eligibility to hold the office so lightly. For some reason liberal candidates don’t seem to get scrutinized as harshly as their conservative counterparts. Obama should never have been taken seriously until he produced this document, not more than 3 years later when the opportunity to forge, fake, and plant this document could have happened.

Floating around the internet are an number of official-looking documents that cast significant doubt on the location of Obama's birth on August 4, 1961. The following document shows that he was born in the General Hospital of Mombasa, Kenya on that date. It wasn't until four days later that his birth was registered on a certificate of live birth in Honolulu. That was plenty of time for his mother to fly to there from Kenya. So what are we to think about this and other documents that are at variance with the long-form certificate of live birth released by Obama? Why haven't these documents been investigated to the same degree as his Hawaiian certificate of live birth?

If this document is as authentic as it certainly seem to be, Obama is NOT qualified to be our President and he sits in the White House illegally! Did he really spend almost $2 million to hide this and other documents?

A British history buff was asked if he could find out who the colonial registrar was for Mombasa in 1961. After only a few minutes of research, he called back and said "Sir Edward F. Lavender. Note the same name near the bottom of the photo above.

The Mombasa Registrar of Births has testified that Obama's birth certificate from Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa is genuine. This copy was obtained by Lucas Smith through the help of a Kenyan Colonel who recently got it directly from the Coast General Hospital in Mombasa , Kenya . Here it is.....

I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavender's name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the "copy" of the original was ordered. I stress the word "copy". My copy also has republic of Kenya. So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama's
birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered.

The birth certificate is genuine. I assure you it will be authenticated by a forensic auditor. We are very proud Obama was born here. We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets.

Fortunately they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the back ground.

It will be a proud day for us when it is proven that he was born here and a Kenyan became the most powerful man in the world.

The recent investigation of the Obama birth focused entirely on Hawaii. Where is the comparable investigation in Kenya? Where is the proof that the documents posted above are not authentic? If two different countries are able to produce documents attesting to the birth of Obama there, what are we to think?

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the
group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's
college transcripts from Occidental College. The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document indicates that he was NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

Even though President Obama is against offshore drilling for our country, he signed an executive order to loan $2 Billion of our taxpayer dollars (which we can't afford to loan since we're broke) to a Brazilian Oil Exploration Company the 8th largest company in the entire world) to drill for oil off the coast of Brazil! The oil that comes from this operation is for the sole purpose and use of China and NOT THE USA !

Now here's the real clincher...the Chinese government is under contract to purchase all the oil that this field will produce, which is hundreds of millions of barrels"... We have absolutely no gain from this transaction whatsoever!

Wait, it gets more interesting.

Guess who is the largest individual stockholder of this Brazilian Oil Company and who would benefit most from this? It is American BILLIONAIRE, George Soros, who was President Obama's most generous financial supporter during his campaign.

If you are able to connect the dots and follow the money, you are probably as upset as I am. Not a word of this transaction was broadcast on any of the other news networks! Are they doing their job? Think about it.

Isn't it amazing that, within only one week of Tiger Woods crashing his Escalade, the press found every woman with whom Tiger has had an affair during the last few years? And, they even uncovered photos, text messages, recorded phone calls, etc.! Furthermore, they not only know the cause of the family fight, but they even know it was a wedge from his golf bag that his wife used to break out the windows in the Escalade. Not only that, they know which wedge! And, each & every day, they continue to provide America with updates on Tiger's sex rehab stay, his wife's plans for divorce, as well as the dates & tournaments in which he will play.

Now, in contrast, Barack Hussein Obama has been in office for two years , yet this very same press:

* cannot find any of his childhood friends or neighbors;
* or find any of Obama's high school or college classmates;
* or find his application for financial aid;
* or show any interest in his long form birth certificate;
* or locate any of his college papers or grades;
* or determine how he paid for both a Columbia & a Harvard education;

545 vs. 300,000,000 People

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then
campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are
against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and
high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The President does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on
appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't se t fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme
Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are
directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic
problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem
was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its
Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered,
but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.
They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a
congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care
if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has
the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it
is t he legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what
they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless
of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive
amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker,
who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The
President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to
accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole
responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and
approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? John
Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party. He and fellow House
members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. If the
President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace
545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and
irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not
traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain
truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then
it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it's because they want
them in Iraq and Afghanistan ...

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan
not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire
and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they
can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and
from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you
into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the
economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what
they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are
their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to m anage their own employees...

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Dee Perez-Scott:Obama blows through $2 billion of your and the tax payers' money!

A little-known provision in the Obamacare legislation has sent $2 billion to corporations, unions and state public employee systems to subsidize health coverage for retirees.

At the current rate, the government could blow through the entire $5 billion budgeted for the program before it is set to end, Byron York of The Washington Examiner reported.

The discovery by investigators for the House Energy and Commerce Committee was made just before a hearing to focus on Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services.

The CCIO oversees the Early Retiree Reinsurance Program, which was set up to subsidize insurance for workers who retired before they were eligible for Medicare, the paper said.

The early retirees often have trouble getting health insurance, an HHS report said, because of age or chronic conditions, and the program was set up to bridge the gap between retirement and the creation of health-care exchanges provided for in Obamacare come into being in 2014.

The biggest chunk of the money paid out so far has gone to the United Auto Workers, which received over $206 million. AT&T collected $140 million, Verizon $91 million, General Electric $36 million, and General Motors $19 million, the paper said.

State governments have also collected large sums with the Public Employees Retirement System of Ohio receiving $70 million and the Teacher Retirement System of Texas $68 million.

THE ten biggest defence budgets for 2010 add up to a total of more than $1.1 trillion, according to the latest Military Balance report from the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), a think-tank. The defence budget of America alone, at $693 billion, accounts for more than 60% of the total. But when defence spending is compared to the overall size of each country's economy, Saudi Arabia tops the list. It spends over 10% of GDP on defence, more than double the proportion spent by America. China ranks second in the world's biggest defence budgets (spending some $76 billion) and also boasts the largest armed forces. Only America, India, Russia and North Korea (not shown) have more than 1m military personnel. Defence budgets have grown since 2005, but the balance of military power may be shifting. Western countries, many of which are engaged in Afghanistan, now face budget constrains and cuts, whilst emerging economies, such as Brazil and China, have increased military spending in line with economic growth. Because China has the largest armed forces, it is clear it gets more bang for the buck than the U.S.. This is because a Chinese soldier's salary and benefits are much less than a U.S. soldier's and its weapons can be manufactured at a much lower cost. John Gurda, historian, wrote, “Republicans are on the offensive these days. Emboldened by their success at the polls and energized by the tea party activists in their midst, the GOP faithful have set out to remake America, and they've started in Wisconsin.

Virtually unknown outside Milwaukee County only a year ago, Governor Scott Walker has emerged as a rising star in the national party. Working in concert with conservative luminaries elsewhere in the country, Walker has demonstrated a flair for the bold statement and the sweeping proposal, and he pursues his grand plans with single-minded determination.”

We've been here before, of course. America has witnessed similar eruptions of political passion in decades past, on issues ranging from the great depression, the world wars, unionism, child labor, segregation, and creeping socialism.
John Gurda believes that Governor Walkers has contempt for compromise but the facts reveal otherwise. His proposals on employee contributions to health care and pensions already represent compromises. For example, although the national average on employee contributions to health care costs is 29%, Walker has asked for only 12%. Here in Colorado I understand the contribution is more like 31% with the government picking up the other 69%. The governor proposes a compromise pension contribution rate of 8-9% of salary. I don’t know what the national average is but in Colorado state employees pay 10.5% of salaries. Since the unions have already tacitly agreed to both proposals, one would have to conclude that even they see these changes as fully justified.

Gurda goes on to allude to Walker’s “demographic base” as though there is something suspect about that base. It won’t be long before Gurda is a member of that demographic. Maybe then he will see Walker’s efforts in a different light even thought Gurda has already erroneously concluded that “today's new right is the philosophical first cousin of prohibitionism.”

Gurda announces that the tea party draws heavy support from Protestant evangelicals such as Walker himself, and their political playbook is a throwback to the “media-savvy opportunists, taking advantage of every opening to advance their cause.” Now this has a familiar ring to it. It sounds like a statement attributed to Rahm Emanuel when he was Obama’s chief of staff and also to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Saul Alinsky. In fact, you might say that this is right out of the Saul Alinsky playbook that has guided Obama before and since his election to the presidency. Never let a good crisis go to waste!

Gurda acts as if “demonizing” ones opponents or things that one opposes is something new. Maybe he was too young to appreciate fully how we demonized the Germans and the Japanese during World War II. “...The current crop of conservatives is making political hay from another temporary phenomenon: the global economic recession. The need for fiscal austerity has rarely been more obvious, but it's being used as a pretext for advancing the new right's legislative agenda.” Fortunately, no pretext is necessary because the need for fiscal austerity is coincident with the Tea Party’s agenda. But, one could argue that Pearl Harbor was our pretext for going to war even though there was a much larger agenda—to rid the world of some of its most repressive and cruel dictators.

Walker has demanded that public employees pay more for their pensions and health insurance - a necessary step to which they have agreed - and then proposed to modify their collective bargaining rights so that it will be more difficult to recoup those benefit changes if democrat/union control is returned to the legislature. That makes eminent good sense if you look beyond the immediate time frame. The history of public employee benefits provided by democrat legislatures in return for union political contributions and boots on the ground is clear in Wisconsin and other states.

Walker first declared a budget emergency and then cut taxes by $140 million to boost the ailing Wisconsin economy. This is equivalent to giving a blood transfusion to an ailing patient but you can count on the left to see this as a reward for rich businessmen rather than a life-saving necessity. In a spate of hyperbole, Gurda uses words like: “amputation”, “juggernaut”, and “dismantling”, all within two sentences. He sees the governor’s actions as “dismantling government one line item at a time, regardless of the consequences.” But there is certainly another point of view related to paring back a government that has become so bloated that it is doing too many things that people should be doing for themselves.

All political parties are driven by ideologies. They represent fixed, blinkered views of the world that focus on their own perspective and dismiss all other positions as either incomplete or simply wrong-headed. Sounds like both of the major parties, doesn’t it?

Limited government has always been an article of conservative faith as well it should be for all of us. Gurda argues that the movement currently afoot is not classic conservatism but something closer to creeping libertarianism. Norman Thomas, American socialist, 1948 once said, “The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of liberalism they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without ever knowing how it happened." That’s probably the same thing Barack Obama is saying quietly to his Administration today and that is his objective. Conservatives, therefore, are doing what they must to combat the creeping socialism of Thomas and Obama.

Tea party sympathizers want from the federal government only what the constitution intended. Gurda suggests that there is something wrong with giving personal liberty precedence over the state but isn’t that what distinguishes democracy from communism?

Gurda says,"If you listen closely to the rhetoric of the new right, the libertarian message is hard to miss, and there are corollaries of that message that many Wisconsinites might find troubling." However, to make his point, Gurda misstates and overstates the position of the Tea Party when he writes, “Everyone should have the opportunity to make just as much money as he or she can, beginning with the rich. The tea party faithful display a grim preoccupation with money: making it, growing it and preserving it intact from the clutches of a rapacious government.” Writer Kenneth Sollitt put it best, ‘‘…in the economic realm …, you cannot legislate the poor independence by legislating the wealthy out of it. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. Government cannot give to the people what it does not first take away from the people. … what one man receives without working for, another man must work for without receiving.” I suspect that makes perfectly good sense to those who believe in personal responsibility.

“The poor are largely responsible for their poverty. Some groups are truly deserving of help - the disabled and the frail elderly among them - but any able-bodied person of even modest intelligence should be able to get by without assistance from the rest of us." “We cannot fix generations of family dysfunction, centuries of entrenched prejudice or an economy that has shed entry-level jobs by the hundreds of thousands”... by indulging in cradle to the grave welfarism. We cannot build personal responsibility at the same time as we relieve people of that responsibility.
We cannot build self-esteem by robbing the poor of whatever self-esteem they have.

In Gurda you sense a liberal who resents that he has had to struggle to make a living, as though there was something inherently wrong with hard work. He alludes to Walker’s 52% of the vote. What was the typical margin of past presidents and governors? Oh, we wouldn’t want to disclose that context because it might weaken the argument. Walker’s actions are an attempt to redress decades of union –dominated, democrat legislatures that gave them all they asked for, saving nothing for a rainy day. Gurda is right when he mentions that there are two sides to the equation: revenue and expense. However, the conventional wisdom is that you don’t raise taxes during a recession. Has Gurda never heard the word “stimulus?” Tax increases are a reverse stimulus.

Walker had no intent to demonize teachers. He merely pointed out that collective bargaining has enabled public employees to enjoy advantages not available in most other occupations and that in the present recession it is necessary to pare back those advantages and establish a way to make sure they do not get out of hand in the future. Gurda acts as if the legislature is incapable of providing fair compensation to public employees without the pressure of collective bargaining and unions breathing down their necks. If government is the expression of our collective will then so be it. Let’s not give that up and allow unions to usurp the power of government.

Dee Perez-Scott and Other Radicals: "On Wisconsin"

A slew of radicals led a pro-union event in Wisconsin at which the state's governor, Scott Walker, was likened to a Mideast tyrant and the recent union protests repeatedly were compared to the ongoing revolutions in the Middle East and North Africa.

Those Middle East revolutions have already toppled two American allies, Egypt's Hosni Mubarak and Tunisia's Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali. In almost all instances, the main opposition in the countries experiencing unrest consists of Islamist parties seeking to create a Muslim caliphate.

The Wisconsin protests have been in opposition to Walker's proposal for most state workers to pay 12 percent of their health care premiums and 5.8 percent of their salary toward their own pensions.

Walker's proposal reportedly would save $300 million in the next two years for a state that faces a financial crisis amid a $3.6 billion deficit..

WND obtained video footage of the rally event, which took place last week in Madison's Orpheum Theater. It was organized by WORT-FM community radio manager Norman Stockwell, a progressive writer.

Every speaker at the event consistently compared the Wisconsin protests to the unrest in the Middle East and North Africa.

Speaker Amy Goodman, a host at the progressive Democracy NOW! Internet network, exclaimed to thunderous applause, "At this point, Gov. Walker would be wise to negotiate! It's not a good season to be a tyrant!"

She continued: "The workers of Egypt were instrumental in bringing down the regime there in a remarkable coalition with Egypt's youth. In the streets of Madison under the capital dome, another demonstration of solidarity is taking place that we are watching unfold today.

"If you've been involved in social change, like the people of Egypt, like the people of Tunisia, like you right here in Madison," she stated. "When it does, you will be determining history and the course of the future for you and many generations to come."

Another Democracy NOW! host, Sharif Adbel Kouddous, told the crowd, "In Cairo they wanted to reach Tahrir. Tahrir means liberation. And they wanted to get there. And they were attacked."

The keynote speaker, John Nichols, who identifies himself as a progressive writer, also compared the Wisconsin protests to Mideast unrest.

"There is a people power in play here," he said. "It is the people power that we saw in Cairo. It is the people power that we saw in Tunisia. That we have seen in Bahrain. That we have seen in Yemen. That we have seen in Libya. It is a power that is rooted in an understanding of an American concept. An old American concept."

Nichols has also been a main protest organizer in Wisconsin, where he keynoted multiple protest events.

Nichols co-authored four books and a number of major articles with Marxist activist Robert W. McChesney, founder of the George Soros-funded Free Press.

McChesney has called for the dismantlement "brick-by-brick" of the U.S. capitalist system, with America being rebuilt as a socialist society.

Free Press openly lobbies for more government control of the news media and Internet.

Meanwhile, the Mideast unrest has largely favored Islamist groups, which form the main opposition in Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, Algeria and even Libya.

In Egypt, for example, the most organized opposition group, the Muslim Brotherhood, is currently helping to draft the country’s new constitution. The Brotherhood seeks it create an Islamic caliphate. Hamas and al-Qaida are Brotherhood offshoots.

In Algeria, Islamist parties, including one allied with al-Qaida, serve as the main opposition to President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, who has ruled the country with a tough hand. He has been an ally of the U.S. in fighting al-Qaida.

Similarly, the opposition in most Arab countries facing unrest consists of Islamic organizations.

Largest U.S. union stirring Algerian unrest?

There has been some evidence those in part behind the Wisconsin protests are also involved in Mideast unrest.

WND has reported one of the main anti-regime organizations leading protests in Algeria is funded by a quasi-governmental group partly led by an arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the AFL-CIO, the largest U.S. union organization.

The National Coordination for Change and Democracy, one of the initiators of the recent Algerian protests, demanded an immediate shift to full democracy, the lifting the state of emergency laws, as well as "labor and social justice and liberation in political and media fields."

Algerian Islamic groups have joined in the protest coordination, including the outlawed Islamic Salvation Front and its leader, Ali Belhadj.

The protests have also been spearheaded by a group called the Algerian League for the Defense of Human Rights, ALDHR, which works closely with the National Coordination for Change and Democracy.

Scores of ALDHR members have been arrested in recent days while the group's leaders have been serving as spokespeople for the anti-regime riots.

ALDHR is an Algerian nongovernmental organization that has been leading the drive for electoral reform.

It has received near annual grants from the National Endowment for Democracy, a quasi-governmental agency. The NED purports to be a bipartisangroup that "supports freedom around the world."

The NED receives annual funds from the U.S. government and a small amount of private donations.

It maintains four affiliate organizations that assist in the NED's work and they were the four principal initial recipients of the group's funds – the American Institute for Free Labor Development, an arm of the AFL-CIO; an affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce; the International Republican Institute; and the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs.

The NED has funded the AFL-CIO's foreign operations, which seek to promote international trade unions.

Indeed, according to NED founding documents reviewed by WND, the AFL-CIO was one of the original founders of the NED.

Through the NED, the AFL-CIO's American Institute for Free Labor Development has funded opposition labor movements across the group, most notably in Latin America, where it has advocated for union workers and has been implicated in stirring riots against multiple countries in the region.

In Algeria, just as in Egypt, civil society groups, including trade unions, have been central to the anti-regime protests in recent days.

In Egypt, the threat of maintaining strikes by labor unions had been used by Mubarak's opposition as a bargaining chip to secure political demands.

Obama, Ayers’ funded Wisconsin Alinsky-style protest organizer?

WND reported one of the main groups organizing the Wisconsin union protests is a spinoff from an activist academy modeled after Marxist community organizer Saul Alinsky and described as teaching tactics of direct action, confrontation and intimidation.

President Obama once funded that academy - the radical Midwest Academy. He has been closely tied to the group's founder, socialist activist Heather Booth.

A slew of radical groups and unions have been organizing the protests against Walker's proposal as well as counter protests to a recent tea party rally in support of the governor's plan.

Obama's own political machine has aided in organizing protests in Wisconsin

Counter protests were led in part by radical groups like Veterans for Peace, Freedom Road Socialist Organization, and the Workers World Party.

One of the main organizers of the recent Wisconsin protests is a group called Moving Wisconsin Forward. An associated group, Citizen Action of Wisconsin, is part of the Moving Wisconsin Forward movement.

Robert Kraig, executive director of Citizen Action of Wisconsin, has been widely quoted in the media as a main protest organizer and opposition leader.

Citizen Action of Wisconsin, part of a larger national Citizen Action chain, sits in a coalition with Americans for Financial Reform, which is led by Midwest founder Booth.

Indeed, Citizen Action is a spinoff of Midwest Academy.

'Redistribution of wealth and power'

Midwest founder Booth has stated building a ''progressive majority'' would help for ''a fair distribution of wealth and power and opportunity."

Booth founded Midwest in the 1970s with her husband, Paul Booth, a founder and the former national secretary of Students for a Democratic Society, the radical 1960s anti-war movement from which William Ayers' domestic Weather Underground terrorist organization splintered.

The Woods Fund, a nonprofit on which Obama served as paid director from 1999 to December 2002, provided capital to the Midwest Academy. WND was first to report Obama sat on the Woods Fund board alongside Ayers.

In 1999, Booth's Midwest Academy received $75,000 from the Woods Fund. In 2002, with Obama still serving on the Woods Fund, Midwest received another $23,500 for its Young Organizers Development Program.

Midwest describes itself as "one of the nation's oldest and best-known schools for community organizations, citizen organizations and individuals committed to progressive social change."

It later morphed into a national organizing institute for an emerging network of organizations known as Citizen Action.

Discover the Networks describes Midwest as "teach[ing] tactics of direct action, confrontation, and intimidation."

Camp Obama

WND was first to report Jackie Kendall, executive director of the Midwest Academy, was on the team that developed and delivered the first Camp Obama training for volunteers aiding Obama's campaign through the 2008 Iowa Caucuses.

Camp Obama was a two-to-four day intensive course run in conjunction with Obama's campaign aimed at training volunteers to become activists to help Obama win the presidential election.

Last week Obama's Organizing for America sent out a mass e-mail it will train a new team of summer organizers.

"The Summer Organizing Fellowship is a grassroots program that aims to put boots on the ground and help foster a new generation of leaders – not just to help win elections, but to strengthen our democracy in communities across the country," the blast e-mail said.

Aside from helping to fund Midwest, Obama has been tied to Booth in other ways. In August 1998, Obama participated in a panel discussion following the opening performance in Chicago of the play "The Love Song of Saul Alinsky," a work described by the Chicago Sun-Times as "bringing to life one of America's greatest community organizers."

Obama participated in the discussion alongside other Alinskyites, including Booth, political analyst Aaron Freeman, Don Turner of the Chicago Federation of Labor and Northwestern University history professor Charles Paine.

"Alinsky had so much fire burning within," stated local actor Gary Houston, who portrayed Alinsky in the play. "There was a lot of complexity to him. Yet he was a really cool character."

Booth herself is a notorious radical community activist and self-described dedicated disciple of Alinsky, of whom she says: "Alinsky is to community-organizing as Freud is to psychoanalysis."

Booth's vision of uniting various left-leaning organizations and factions also has been the subject of her two books, "Toward a Radical Movement and Citizen Action" and "The New American Populism."

'Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage with this so called president? We should be screaming bloody murder! We've got a gang of tax cheating clueless leftists trying to steer our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even run a ridiculous cash-for-clunkers program without losing $26 billion of the taxpayers' money, much less build a hybrid car. But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, 'trust me, the economy is getting better..' Better? You've got to be kidding. This is America , not the damned 'Titanic'. I'll give you a sound bite: 'Throw all the Democrats out, along with Obama!'

You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore..

The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs.. While we're fiddling in Afghanistan , Iran is completing their nuclear bombs and missiles and nobody seems to know what to do. These are times that cry out for leadership.

But when you look around, you've got to ask: 'Where have all the leaders gone?' Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense? I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point..

Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo?

We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened.

Everyone's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping the government will make it better for them. Now, that's just crazy.. Deal with life.

Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, look what Obama did about it!

Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debt, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry.

I have news for the Chicago gangsters in Congress. We didn't elect you to turn this country into a losing European Socialist state. What is everybody so afraid of? That some bonehead on NBC or CNN news will call them a name? Give me a break. Why don't you guys show some spine for a change?

Krauthammer sees through Obama's Smoke Screen

Some time ago a number of people spent a profound evening, Dr. Charles Krauthammer spoke to the Center for the American Experiment.. He is a brilliant intellectual, seasoned & articulate. He is forthright and careful in his analysis, and never resorts to emotions or personal insults. He is NOT a fear monger nor an extremist in his comments and views . He is a fiscal conservative, and has received a Pulitzer Prizefor writing. He is a frequent contributor to Fox News and writes weekly for the Washington Post.
The entire room was held spellbound during his talk. I have summarized his comments, as we are living in uncharted waters economically and internationally. Even 2 Dems at my table agreed with everything he said!

Summary of his comments:

1. Obama is an intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn't show his emotions. It's very hard to know what's behind the mask. The taking down of the Clinton dynasty was an amazing accomplishment. The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect place at the perfect time.

2. Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton . He has a way of making you think he's on your side, agreeing with your position, while doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he DOES!

3. Obama has a ruthless quest for power . He did not come to Washington to make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including dismantling capitalism . He can't be straightforward on his ambitions, as the public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain or Canada .

4. His three main goals are to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by theFederal government. He doesn't care about the auto or financial services industries, but got them as an early bonus. The cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program, because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada ..

5. He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types. No one around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously can't work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he's a far-left secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution . He ran as a moderate, but will govern from the hard left . Again, watch what he does, not what he says.

6. Obama doesn't really see himself as President of the United States , but more as a ruler over the world.. He sees himself above it all, trying to orchestrate & coordinate various countries and their agendas. He sees moral equivalency in all cultures. His apology tour in Germany and England was a prime example of how he sees America, as an imperialist nation that has been arrogant, rather than a great noble nation that has at times made errors. This is the first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!

7. He is now handing out goodies. He hopes that the bill (and pain) will not come due until after he is reelected in 2012. He would like to blame all problems on Bush from the past, and hopefully his successor in the future. He has a huge ego, andDr. Krauthammer believes he is a narcissist.

8.. Republicans are in the wilderness for a while, but will emerge strong. Republicans are pining for another Reagan, but there will never be another like him. Krauthammer believes Mitt Romney, Tim Pawlenty & Bobby Jindahl (except for his terrible speech in February) are the future of the party. Newt Gingrich is brilliant, but has baggage. Sarah Palin is sincere and intelligent, but needs to really be seriously boning up on facts and info if she is to be a serious candidate in the future... We need to return to the party of lower taxes, smaller government, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and state's rights.

9. The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageous. We are spending trillions that we don't have.. This could lead to hyperinflation, depression or worse.No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity. The media is giving Obama, Reid and Pelosi a pass because they love their agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the huge bailouts didn't work, nor will the stimulus packages. These were trillion-dollar payoffs to Obama's allies, unions and the Congress to placate the left, so he can get support for #4 above.

Dee Perez-Scott Applauds Madison Madness

The Democratic/government-union days of rage in Madison, Wis., are a disgrace. Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan calls it Cairo coming to Madison. But the protesters in Egypt were pro-democracy. The government-union protesters in Madison are anti-democracy -- they are trying to prevent a vote in the legislature. In fact, Democratic legislators themselves are fleeing the state so as not to vote on Gov. Scott Walker's budget cuts.

That's not democracy.

The teachers' union is going on strike in Milwaukee and elsewhere. They ought to be fired. Think Ronald Reagan PATCO in 1981. Think Calvin Coolidge police strike in 1919.

The teachers' union on strike? Wisconsin parents should go on strike against the teachers' union. A friend e-mailed me to say that the graduation rate in Milwaukee public schools is 46 percent. The graduation rate for African-Americans in Milwaukee public schools is 34 percent. Shouldn't somebody be protesting that?

Gov. Walker is facing a $3.6 billion budget deficit, and he wants state workers to pay one-half of their pension costs and 12.6 percent of their health benefits. Currently, most state employees pay nothing for their pensions and virtually nothing for their health insurance. That's an outrage.

Nationwide, state and local government unions have a 45 percent total-compensation advantage over their private-sector counterpart. With high-pay compensation and virtually no benefits co-pay, the politically arrogant unions are bankrupting America -- which by some estimates is suffering from $3 trillion in unfunded liabilities.

Exempting police, fire and state troopers, Walker would end collective bargaining over pensions and benefits for the rest. Collective bargaining for wages would still be permitted, but there would be no wage hikes above the consumer price index. Unions could still represent workers, but they could not force employees to pay dues. In exchange for this, Walker promises no furloughs or layoffs.

Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels is also pushing a bill to limit the collective-bargaining rights of teachers for wages and wage-related benefits. Similar proposals are being discussed in Idaho and Tennessee. In Ohio, Gov. John Kasich wants to restrict union rights across the board for all state and local government workers. More generally, both Democratic and Republican governors across the country are taking on the extravagant pay of government unions.

Why? Because taxpayers won't stand for it anymore.

In an interesting twist on this story, even private unions are revolting against government unions. Private unions pay taxes, too. And they don't have near the total compensation of the public unions. It's no wonder they're fed up.

So, having lost badly in the last election, the government-union Democrats in Wisconsin have taken to the streets. This is a European-style revolt, like those seen in Greece, France and elsewhere. So it becomes greater than just a fiscal issue. It is becoming a law-and-order issue.

President Obama, who keeps telling us he's a budget cutter, has taken the side of the public unions. House Speaker John Boehner correctly rapped Obama's knuckles for this. If the state of Wisconsin voters elected a Chris Christie-type governor with a Republican legislature, then it is a local states' rights issue.

But does President Obama even know that the scope of collective bargaining for federal employees is sharply limited? According to the Manhattan Institute, federal workers are forbidden to collectively bargain for wages or benefits. Instead, pay increases are determined annually through legislation.

Meanwhile, Walker said it would be "wise" for President Obama to keep his attentions on Washington, not Wisconsin. "We're focused on balancing our budget," he said in a television interview. "It would be wise for the president and others in Washington to be focused on balancing their budget, which they're a long ways from doing."

Amen.

Obama should stay out. And Walker should stand tall and stick to his principles. A nationwide taxpayer revolt against public unions can save the country. Otherwise, the spiraling out-of-control costs of state public-union entitlements will destroy the local fisc, just as surely as the unreformed federal entitlements of Social Security and health care are wrecking our national finances.

Obamacare -- a Blatant Unconstitutional Power Grab

I have read the entire text of
House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act
of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of
expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of
the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional.
What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

To begin with, much of what has been said about
the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats
and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health
care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens
are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion
services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of
the medical profession.

The Bill will also eventually force private
insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government
run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be
made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care
professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and
allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by
the government.

However, as scary as all of that is, it just
scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation
really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices.
Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power
to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even
been contemplated If this law or a similar one is adopted, major
portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have
been destroyed.

The first thing to go will be the masterfully
crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and
Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be
transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of
different areas over the lives of the American people, and the
businesses they own.

The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any
authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy
anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority
granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.

This legislation also provides for access, by
the appointees of the Obama administration, of all of your personal
healthcare direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th
Amendment to the Constitution information, your personal financial
information, and the information of your employer, physician, and
hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and
seizures.. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will
have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th
Amendments may provide.

If you decide not to have healthcare insurance,
or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the
Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax
imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the
intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th
Amendment. However, that doesn't work because since there is nothing in
the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax,
it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process
of law.

So, there are three of those pesky amendments
that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of
Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law It doesn't stop
there though.

The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration
in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny
or disparage others retained by the people;

The 10th Amendment states: The powers not
delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it
to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the
people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork
neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers
at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.

I could write many more pages about this
legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health
care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the
Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be
bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution." If I was a
member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or
anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or
affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people
would hold me accountable.

For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest
they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill
of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are about to
have taken from us.

Are the Birthers Right, Obama?

When he announced that he would produce Barack Hussein Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate, newly inaugurated Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie, a political confidant of Mr. Obama, said that the "birth certificate issue will have 'political implications' for the next presidential election that we simply 'cannot have.'"

Too bad Governor Abercrombie didn't take the time to investigate and see if there was a long-form, doctor-issued birth certificate on file for Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. anywhere in the Hawaiian birth archive before making that statement. Because his search resulted in an admission that no long-form birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. appears to exist in Hawaii.

Finally, those Americans who were convinced that Abercrombie was going to produce what MILLIONS of Americans have been asking for---Obama's long-form, original, doctor-witnessed birth certificate would suddenly appear and a million "birthers" would be embarrassed. That was then. This is now.

Governor Abercrombie suggested in a published interview that the long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health. Questioned by the media, he admitted that his search failed to produce the elusive birth certificate.

The United States Justice Foundation (USJF) has been hammering this question home for over two years. Either Barack Obama is a natural-born American citizen, or he is not! Either a legitimate Hawaiian birth certificate exists, or it does not!

I listened to the President's speech last night. What I heard is the same promises he made 3 years ago, 2 years ago and 1 year ago and several points in between except now he really intends to do it. You remember transparency, honesty, no earmarks, budgetary restraint etc. Why do I have a problem with believing him. Could it be because his actions are almost opposite of his words? Didn't he recently sign a bill containing 900 earmarks? Didn't he lie about the eligibility of illegal aliens for Obamacare (Page 50/section 152)?

Of course he is going to spend even more money on alternative energy but call it investment. See the quote above. Either our President believes we are stupid or he is seriously deluded. In either case we are in deep kim chi. This is a classic St Augustine problem - he wants a balanced budget but not now, just as the world wants to see the American current account deficit eliminated but not yet(adapted in part from The Economist).

The US has bought the world a year in 2011 by extending the fiscal stimulus, and by extending Quantitative Easing (QE)(More cheap money to buy more kim chi we don't need.) As the US current account deficit shrinks, in the face of austerity, that will be bad news for the export-led models of China, Germany and Japan.

In a sense, developed world governments have a stark choice. They can prop up their economies in the short-term at the risk of making the long-term debt and trade problems worse; or they can try to be prudent, at the risk of damaging growth in the short-term and incurring electoral unpopularity.

One viewer pondering the Obama State of the Union address, stated, "
I repeat myself and the old Star Trek series, 'Beam me up Scotty, there is no intelligent life down here'."

Were Sorenson and JFK guilty of plagiarism? Plagiarism constitutes any or all of the following:

In other words, plagiarism is an act of fraud. It involves both stealing someone else's work and lying about it afterward.

--Denounce any plans for granting illegal aliens a pathway to citizenship unless their employers can present irrefutable proof that their jobs cannot be filled with citizen labor.

Obama Usurps Congressional Authority

According to a report out of Washington the Obama administration has usurped congressional prerogatives to end the application of electronic and aerial surveillance on the southern border. Regardless of the merits, successes or failures of this approach to border security, it was ordered by congress in 2006 and therefore should be ended only with the approval of congress. We can't have the president willy-nilly diverting funds from their intended purpose without consulting the congress. Is this some more of the highhandedness of which Obama has been justly accused in violation of the constitution?

This high tech effort is reputed to have cost taxpayers one billion dollars. Perhaps El Presidente should now turn his attention to some his initiatives with must higher multi-billiion dollar price tags like Obamacare, TARP, agricultural subsidies,and the national debt.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano promises much but delivers nothing. The one foolproof border security measure that she never mentions is deportation reform that would enable illegal aliens to be quickly identified, detained, and deported without recourse. This is a proven technique to send the message that if you come here illegally, we will catch you and deport you immediately and involuntarily even if you agree to self-deport. Moreover, you and your employer will be charged for all of the expenses involved. This, therefore, can be done without any incremental cost to the taxpayers.

Where is the quid pro quo? They cancel the high tech approach but offer nothing specific in place of it. Where is the mandatory implementation of E-verify across the board for all employers public and private, and all employees, current and potential new hires? This is a proven way to idnetify not only illegal aliens but the employers who hire them. A very high percentage of immigration decisions must be very simple and straightforward such that a large number of well-trained immigration Justices of the Peace (JOPs) could take over most of the cases and free the immigration courts for the most difficult political asylum cases. This arrangement would be facilitated by a rigid set of guidelines for use by the JOPs to quickly decide every case within 24 hours with only a week for appeal.

Inspite of Napo's claims to the contrary the above is a "one-size-fits-all" solution to the country's border security needs. That solution is simply a matter of removing the incentives for border violations by foreclosing the opportunities for employment of illegal aliens and dispensing quick and sure justice to those are here without proper authorization. It's time to take the gloves off and send the illegals home under new rules that permit expedited removal with few if any exceptions. Family separation and "anchor babies" should be specifically excluded as exceptions. Those who do not wish to be separated need only leave this country together.

Last but not least of the incentives for border violations that must be removed is birthright citizenship or Jus Soli as it is sometimes referred to. In the U.S., one of the strongest incentives for border violations is the 14th amendment which grants citizenship to anyone who is born in this country. “It is difficult to imagine a more irrational and self-defeating legal system than one which makes unauthorized entry into this country a criminal offense and simultaneously provides perhaps the greatest possible inducement to illegal entry [birthright citizenship].” Originally, the amendment was designed to give full citizenship status to former slaves and their offspring. The authors of the 14th Amendment never would have imagined their words bestowing citizenship on the offspring of illegal aliens, tourists, foreign students, visa overstays, and temporary farm workers.

There recently was an article in the St. Petersburg, Fl. Times. The Business Section asked readers for ideas on: "How Would You Fix the Economy?" I think this guy nailed it!

Dear Mr. President,

Please find below my suggestion for fixingAmerica's economy. Instead of giving billions of dollars to companies that will squander the money on lavish parties and unearned bonuses, use the following plan.
You can call it the "Patriotic Retirement Plan":

There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force. Pay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the following stipulations:

1) They MUST retire. Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed.

2) They MUST buy a new AMERICAN Car. Forty million cars ordered - Auto Industry fixed.

3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage - Housing Crisis fixed.

It can't get any easier than that!!

P.S. If more money is needed, have all members in Congress pay their taxes...
Send illegal aliens home.

Mr. President, while you're at it, make Congress retire on Social Security and Medicare. I'll bet both programs would be fixed pronto!

Does it strike you as odd that according to the mainstream media (some of us use the term lamestream media) all or at least most republicans/conservatives are less than bright. Let's review, Ronald Reagan wasn't smart, Dan Quayle was downright stupid, President George W. Bush was dumb, the list goes on. Now Sarah Palin is a mental lightweight. At the same time President Obama subjects us to verbal gaffe after verbal gaffe and somehow he is intellectually brilliant. Then there was President Clinton who could lie even under oath and yet the media respects his words of wisdom. Vice-president Biden is so wildly inaccurate that even the mentally challenged Sarah Palin wiped the floor with him in the debates and yet he is interviewed by the pundits as though you could take anything he says seriously.

Shouldn't we expect some balance, if impartiality is too much to expect, from our news media. Isn't that why newspapers have an editorial section for opinion and a news sections for news? The newsmedia has lost so much credibility that many people go to a comic, Jon Stewart, or Rush Limbaugh, a commentator?, trying to glean a bit of news from among all the silliness, ranting and raving. Then we have the interview extremes of gotcha questions (i.e. Katie Couric) or fawning questions (Barbara Walters) neither of which help one understand either the issues or the person being interviewed.

I feel as if I'm in an alternative universe -- beam me up Scotty, there is no intelligent life down here. If you want more on this subject there are several good books, however, Lewis Carroll in "Through the Looking Glass" or "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" would probably be as useful.

Fort Hood Visitors

The doctor had his TV on in his office when the news of the military base shootings at Ft. Hood , TX came on. The husband of one of his employees was stationed there.

He called her into his office and as he told her what had happened, she got a text message from her husband saying, "I am okay." Her cell phone rang right after she read the message. It was an ER nurse saying I am the one who just sent you a text, not your husband. I thought it would be comforting but I was mistaken in doing so. I am sorry to tell you this, but your husband has been shot 4 times and he is in surgery."

The soldier's wife left Southern Clinic in Dothan , AL and drove all night to Ft.Hood. When she arrived, she found out her husband was out of surgery and would be OK.
She rushed to his room and found that he already had visitors there to comfort him.
He was just waking up and found his wife and the visitors by his side. The nurse took this picture.

What? No news crews and cameras? This is how people with class respond and pay respect to those in uniform.

A Fayetteville , N.C. Retired from Special Forces officer, that heard this story, and saw this picture of Geo. W. and his wife, visiting the wounded at Ft. Hood, sent this reply:

What is even better is the fact George W. Bush heard about Fort Hood, got in his car without any escort, apparently they did not have time to react, and drove to Fort Hood. He was stopped at the gate and the guard could not believe who he had just stopped. Bush only asks for directions to the hospital then drove on. The gate guard called that "The President is on Fort Hood and driving to the hospital."

The base went bananas looking for Obama. When they found it was Bush, they immediately offered escort. Bush simply told them to be quiet and let him visit the wounded and the dependents of the dead.

He stayed at Fort Hood for over six hours, and was finally asked to leave by a message from the White House. (can you believe that)
Obama flew in days later and held a "photo" session in a gym, and never even went to the hospital to visit the wounded.

All this was picked up from two soldiers here who happened to be at Fort Hood when it happened. This Bush/Obama/Ft.Hood story is something that should be sent to every voter in the US. Those who wanted "change" certainly got it.

If you've started to wonder what the real costs of socialism are going to be, once the full program in these United States hits your wallet, take a look at the table. It is the notion that with hard work and perseverance, anybody can get ahead economically here. Do you think that can ever happen with tax rates between 60% and 80%? Think again. With the government taking that percentage of your money, your life will be exactly like life in Europe . You will never be able to buy a home. You will never buy a car. You will never send your children to college. Lets not shuffle the battle cry of the socialists under the rug either. Its always the same cry. Equalize income. Spread the wealth to the poor (whoever they are). Level the economic playing field. Accomplish that and everything will be rosy.

Its time to take a really hard look at reality. Greece is a perfect example. Despite the socialism system that has ruled this country for decades, with a 65% tax rate, they are drowning in public debt, would have defaulted without hundreds of billions in bailout money, and still. .. 20% of their population lives in poverty. What has all that socialism money bought, besides ultimate power for the politicians running the show? Do you think these people are "free"? They're not. They are slaves to their economic "system."

If this is a true measure of the popularity of Arizona's law, why did the president sue that State to invalidate SB1070? Who does he serve Hispanics, illegal aliens, or other citizens that think SB 1070 is a good idea?
