Compromises Centrist Obama needs to make with the Peoples' House:

On Obamacare** Page 50/section 152: Eliminate this provision in the bill that will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally; add enforcement mechanism and severe penalties for fraudulent applications.

** Page 58 and 59: Eliminate the government’s real-time access to an individual's bank account and authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: Eliminate all government health care subsidies for union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: Identify as a tax the charges imposed under this section.

** Page 241 and 253: Require that doctors be paid according to their respective specialties and the time it took to qualify in those specialties; prohibit the government from setting doctors' fees.

** Page 272. Section 1145: Prohibit cancer hospitals from rationing care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: Eliminate any government prohibition on hospital expansion.

** Page 425, line 4-12: Remove any government mandates for advance-care planning consultations and end-of-life counseling.

On Immigration Reform:

--End chain immigrations except for the minor children and spouses of citizens.

--Count all immigrations against the overall quota; reduce the quota from Latin America by the estimated number of illegals entering the U.S. from that area each year.

--Propose legislation that to deny birthright citizenship to the offspring of illegal aliens, tourists, migrant farm workers and all other temporary visitors.

--Make E-verification mandatory across the board for all employers, public and private, and all employees, current and potential new hires.

--Make vigorous and continuous internal enforcement the principal in depth border security policy.

--Require all schools and hospitals to obtain copies of documents as proof of citizenship and report all aliens immediately to the ICE.

--Require employers to present irrefutable proof of need before any foreign labor can be employed.

--Link overall immigration quotas to the total U.S. unemployment rate; if the rate exceeds a certain level by sector, all immigration is suspended.

--Focus immigration quotas on those who are most likely to help America remain competitive in the global marketplace; grant an accelerated pathway to citizenship to foreign students who have successfully completed a PhD in engineering, math, physical science or medicine.

--Denounce any plans for granting illegal aliens a pathway to citizenship unless their employers can present irrefutable proof that their jobs cannot be filled with citizen labor.

--Require all DREAM applicants to serve a minimum enlistment of 4 years in the armed forces before they can qualify; permanently prohibit DREAM candidates from sponsoring other family members for permanent residency or citizenship, especially the parents who brought them here illegally.

--Adopt SB1070 as the law of the land; enable citizens to present proof of their bona fides to bonded local government officials who in turn can issue a machine-readable, biometric ID certifying the citizenship or legal residency of the holder.

--Permit state and local governments to arrest illegal aliens for trespass.

--Adopt as a national goal a stable population to be achieved within 20 years.
